INO & GSB from what I've randomly clicked are obviously very similar too because same guy who runs it. :tehe: Still, they are very similar.

Though I do agree with capture the soul. LiveJournal definitely has some marvelous works, but I still think it lacks the communal feel that Mibba has.

Though I must say I'm still a fanfiction.net addict, but I've stated that before. :tehe:

I tried both LJ and Quizilla and just confused myself. :tehe:
I venture over on LJ sometitmes to read, but nothing else is the same.
I love the Mibba community, the organization of it, how much you can customize your profile and story layouts, the forums... everything.
I don't think I could ever use any other writing site.
Mibba is my home and I worship Dujo. :XD

The only other one I used was quizilla.
    But they suck now.
Seriously, I was really disappointed when they redid stuff, but now I've realized Mibba is soooo much better than Quizilla.

Ah, Mibba, how I love thee...

I also use livejournal, fanfiction.net and fictionpress.net for alternate topics.

See, if I'm looking for, or writing, something mainstream like an MCR fic, I use Mibba.

If I'm looking for some book/tv/film fanfiction, I use fanfiction.net.

If I'm looking for obscure fanfiction (e.g. Franz Ferdinand Slash, Foreign Language Film Fiction) I'll use lj.

Fictionpress, I use for original stuff.

All writing sites are good for different stuff.

Quizilla - I use to really love quizilla. But than all the good authors moved here. You really can't find decent stuff there anymore. And I can't find old stories that I really use to love. It's been takin' over by badly written stories.

Fanfiction.net - I prefer this site for reading. They're are some amazing authors over there but most of the people are really rude. This one girl wrote a RPF and I reviewd and told her that her story was lovely but she should probably change it too Gabriella & Troy (It was a Zanessa fic) and she went absolutely bonkers. It was nuts!

Fictionpress - I've never really talked on the Forums over there. And generally don't review. Although, most of the stories over there are absolutely amazing. I'm sure it's the same as ffn though.

LiveJournal - I've only read a few fics on that site. I really only use it for graphics.

Mibba - I really like this site for the people. More so than the stories.

I had that happen to me once on fanfiction.net. I reviewed a story because it was pretty much just an entire msn conversation and I couldn't understand it, I think I was rude on my behalf saying that I didn't really consider it much of a story. However, I had a point about not being able to understand it. I mean "QT" and the other plethora of chat-speak did my head in same as a few other readers too. Then the person went and flamed my story...a lot. :shifty That other reviewers told that person off. As you can see I'm not a really nice person. :file:

I really like the people here, there's a more friendly air here, and people are much more approachable. The best thing I like about it though with the stories is...lack of chat-speak because I've become a Nazi like that. :XD

I love the diversity of the site too, it's just so unique for that. There's something here for everyone

Booksie, is a pretty good one. It's not a nice, and it has older people on it. One thing you could do is google Mibba and then click similar pages by the link. You can find tons that way.

Mibba is Mibba. I don't know any site like this and even if I did, Mibba would be my favorite. It really changed my life.

storywrite. The forums on there are incredibly slow and suck, but it's good for entering contests.

Lots of bad stories, but I just go on to get those little trophy things. :tehe:

Fanfiction was my first home, and I read there more than I do Mibba nowadays. I also post mor there. eIf we're strictly talking about stories, I def. love the scene there more, since it's more varied and I'm not that fond of bandfic anymore, which is dominant here. I love how we can use layouts here, but it's cool there too that the same layouts give a feeling of equality.

For the community, I love Mibba LOADS more. No contest.

www.iamrevolution.net Way back, some people from here got banned, and they made their own site. A couple of other people migrated to there too, so it's like a small sanction of Mibba.

WEbook! It's the best one so far. Though I'm liking mibba but I'm new here so I don't quite know how it works yet. You should definitely check it out.

Mibba is the best site and there's no other site that is like Mibba ever. Sure, there's other writing community sites but it's not like Mibba where you'll feel you "belong" in a family. :XD

I was on Quizilla until it went berzerk.
I've been here for over a year and love it - nothing can touch it, in my opinion.
The people here are too open-minded and nice for anywhere else to even get close.

IAR never wanted me sadly. I mean I was friends with a nice load of people there but the main lot just ignored me. I was the sad reject.
    :XD

I think Mibba will forever hold a special place in my heart and I won't find a place like it. But that place in my heart is a little bit smaller since I've lost so many friends on here.

I tried Fanfiction but it was confusing and everything was kind of everywhere. There really wasn't any way to see how popular your story has gotten or to interact with anyone.

Mibba, in a sense, is the only site that you can really expand and get behind the story to the author. It's also easly to access stories and poems, and everything is just basically orderlly.

I have a quizilla account, but francly it's kind of more a quiz site then stories. I find when I go on it I just take random quizzes instead of reading stories.

Def. Mibba is the best I have seen so far ;)

Live journal is fun with the journal area, but writing isn't my thing on that site
