True Blood

Less than 7 hours until the finale and my cable has decided to stop working! It's been out for like 3 and a half hours already and shows no sign of trying to kick back on.(even channels 2,5,7 don't work)

This is starting to kill me all this excitement for the finale after waiting 2 weeks, now this, I think I might be really happy once this season ends and there is a break in the madness.

Shit, that sucks man!

I think I might have to wait to see the finale cuz my sister wants to watch the VMA's

My cable came back on just in time to see that god awful end of the Bears game.(I am still so mad that they won)

Dude they are going to show the VMA's like 10 billion times tonight/this week. All the hype over True Blood is either going to be proven or killed in the first showing. I am so hoping that this finale is kickass.

Plus, the only good thing about the VMA's is the crazy ass outfits. Which I'm just going to check ONTD to see what people wore.

I the the season finale was ok better than the last one defiantly!

There were parts of the finale that were so awesome and than others just seemed to suck, it's like they tried to squeeze a million things in and it just didn't work.

Can I just say the Bill stuff shocked the hell outta me. But I am happy that Sookie seems to have seen him for the lying toolshed he is.

I wish we could have seen more with Hoyt/Jessica/Summer/Maxine. I know it doesn't do much for the main plot of the show but the actors and characters just seem to always seem interesting.

And the ending just really pissed me off.

Alcide should of cameback and comfort sookie... if ya know what I mean XD

Actually, I'm bummed that Alcide showed up for 2 seconds then left and I so thought that they were setting up for Alcide/Sookie at the start of next season.

I was really pissed because all that time spent on Jason's storyline went nowhere! It just seemed like a cheap way to introduce Hotshot and the panthers, which I think should have been saved for either the Book 4 storyline (if they include it) or should have been a major B storyline alone.

The last 30 minutes did seem quite rushed, especially Sam's part and the big reveal about Bill's job. Personally, I would have like to have seen more time spent with Sookie questioning Eric and Bill instead of that stupid fairyworld ending.

On a completely random sidenote: Every stinking time something about the fairies comes up I picture the crazy teacher from Fairly Oddparents screaming "FAIRIES!".

And I don't think how they "dealt" with Russell was really a good way to deal with that problem...

I thought there were very few positives But I think I'm grumpy because I spent literally days trying to watch the episode and it wasn't worth all that effort. I just wish it had been different.

I totally agree with Gary Numan. It seems like the writers start out very productive with good ideas, but then they start getting depressed and drunk out of their minds, then leave us with this shite the rest of the season. Seems like True Blood is developing a theme as far as writing goes. At the end, I was honestly just like, "Wow, that was it?" Instead, I should have been like, "OMG, what happens next season?!"

Bill has always been something of an idiot, and I'm glad Sookie finally sees it too.

Franklin was the highlight of the season for me - to be honest.

Tara was my favourite character up until she became a victim of really, really bad writing. Which is such a shame, because season one Tara was amazing and then she just went downhill. Then again, some of her scenes in the finale were pretty good.

What made season 3 worth it for me was Bill and Sookie breaking up, finally.
