I choose Billie from one of my unposted fics, 'cause he's gorgeous :tehe:

    Tell me about yourself.
Okay! Well, my name's Billie. I play guitar, and I sing, but I'm not very good. The only reason I sing is because Mike makes me. Mike's my boyfriend, by the way. Although I do like to sing when I'm a girl. Shit! I shouldn't have told you that! Just, don't tell Mike, okay?

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
    Oh, um, I don't know!

How would you describe your ideal job?
    Well, I wouldn't mind being a rockstar.

    What goals do you have?
I think finishing school would have to be one, haha. Also to actually play a gig, that would be cool.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Practice heaps with my band, Sweet Children. And...finish school? Just keep going, I suppose.

How do you personally define success?
Ooh, I never really thought about it before. I suppose, just being happy. Even if your life's not perfect, just being content with who you are and what you have. I guess.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
That seems very much like your accomplishment question.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Ummm, I don't really know. Sorry.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Nothing. It's fine how it is.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
People, although it depends what kind of people. Probably people. I dunno. Ask me later.

    Are you a team player?
    Sure :3

    What motivates you?
I'm not sure, really. I don't really have much motivation. Except when it comes to music. Music is like, my life. Apart from Mike. He's my, er, other life. -coughs-

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
Not really. I kind of just...float around.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
Recent goals? Uh, I got out of bed this morning -laughs-

    What are your short-term goals?
Y'know, finish school. Stay alive. Make our stupid band have a stupid gig. -huffs-

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
    That's a bit far, isn't it?

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    ...
    Do you handle conflict well?
Well, no. Especially when it involves Mike. I hate it when he's angry at me.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
Tre. Mike doesn't like him. I don't know what I'm supposed to do - Mike wants him gone, but Tre doesn't have any other friends...

    Do you handle pressure well?
    No. -laughs-

    What is your greatest strength?
    I'm...not sure.

    What is your greatest weakness?
I love books! And pretty clothes :]

What were your favorite classes? Why?
    I like...um...Music!

    Is money important to you?
Well, me and Mike have to work to keep our unit, so yes, I suppose.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
Enough to have enough food and to keep living where we are :]]

    ...I never realised how much he was like me ^^;

    Eva Aldridge from Halfway Gone.

    Tell me about yourself.
My name is Eva Aldrige, and I lived during the Victorian era in Britain. I was murdered at seventeen years old by over by a man my boyfriend, Robert, had been gambling with. The murderer made it appear that I killed myself, though. Now I'm earthbound until the truth is know about my death.
What is your most important accomplishment to date?
Well, my life was rather short, I didn't have time for many accomplishments. I did take pride in what I had published in the newspaper though.
How would you describe your ideal job?
I'd always wanted to be a writer.
    What goals do you have?
    To cross over.
How do you plan to achieve these goals?
A family moved into the house I inhabit. I'm hoping I can get them to help me.
How do you personally define success?
Doing what you want in life, not what others want of you.
Describe a situation in which you were successful.
There's been times, but nothing very memorable. I have been dead for over 150 years...
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
    My writing.
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
I would never talk to Robert, ever. We would never go out, we wouldn't be friends, or anything. I've been dead awhile, so I've come to accept it over time, but that doesn't mean I enjoyed dying like that.
Would you rather work with information or with people?
That depends on what kind of person it is.
    Are you a team player?
    I could be.
    What motivates you?
I feel I don't belong on Earth. Now that I'm a spirit, I feel that whatever there is that is left for me is in the light.
    Are you a goal-oriented person?
    Yes.
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
I don't have many recent goals, for the past 150+ years, it's all been the same- cross over.
    What are your short-term goals?
Once again, cross over. As you can see, that's my major goal at the time. What else do I really have to focus on? It's not like I can be a ghost writer (No pun intended).
What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
I'm either here on earth, or in the light. What's in the light, I don't know.
Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    In the light.
    Do you handle conflict well?
    I don't suppose I did, considered I was murdered.
What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
Trying to make the living realize I didn't kill myself, I was murdered. I don't want to be remembered as the poor, troubled girl who committed suicide.
    Do you handle pressure well?
    I do, actually.
    What is your greatest strength?
I have some rather creative thinking.
    What is your greatest weakness?
    Moving on.
What were your favorite classes? Why?
I liked Reading, English, and Art.
    Is money important to you?
-Laughs- Of course not, I'm dead.
How much money do you need to make to be happy?
    None. I repeat, I'm dead.

“Being good at what I do so Shawn and Matt and-a Dylan don’t. Replace me. [laughs]”
How do you personally define success?

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
“When I managed to make soap. I wanted to make soap. And I did. And now I’m selling it. I have-a, a soap company. Jr soap. [pause] I’m totally plugging that, dude. Free commercial. [laughs]”
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
“Soap? [laughs] No, no, sorry, sorry. [laughs] I don’t. I don’t know. I haven’t thought about it. I just do. [smiles] Yeah, just recording, playing. Singing. I sung on track on our latest album, A Band In Hope. So there you have it; making soap and singing a track.”
    What are your short-term goals?
    “Getting through this interview. [laughs]”
What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
“Working on another record. Touring. Exporting soap.”
Where do you want to be ten years from now?
“Ten years. That’d. Make me-a. Thirty three? I want to be in a house. At least between tours. And studio-time. But definitely a house.”
    Do you handle conflict well?
“I go ninja on their asses. I do-a mixed martial arts. Broke my finger. Before. A fight with Whalen, our drummer. [laughs] Martial arts teach you self-defence. So I don’t. Do conflict. I let Shawn handle everything. [laughs] Or the Wizard. Our manager. [pauses] I’m a lova’ not a fighter. [laughs].”
What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
“Finding a new bassist. Justin quit. But I didn’t-a. I didn’t deal with that on my own. But- Oh, and soap problems. Lots and lots of soap problems.”
    Do you handle pressure well?
    “I think I do. Yeah.”
    What is your greatest strength?
    “My charm. [laughs]”
    What is your greatest weakness?

What were your favorite classes? Why?
    “Didn’t have any favorites.”
    Is money important to you?
“You gotta live, you know. You gotta live.”
How much money do you need to make to be happy?
“Enough to. Keep touring and playing. Yeah, that’s all it takes, man.”

Ville in Stranglehold. Not an original character, obviously.

    Tell me about yourself.
My name is Ville Hermanni Valo. I live in Finland, in this old castle I had refurbished. I don't consider myself a hermit, because I do in fact go outside, but others do.
What is your most important accomplishment to date?
I managed to get Bam to eat. Ah, I also designed this logo that isn't half-bad.
How would you describe your ideal job?
I do like to write, and I am fairly musical, so...
    What goals do you have?
Get Bam into bed with me.
How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Seduction? Bribery? Threats? I have my ways. A lot of ways.
How do you personally define success?
It's like taking a wank. You know you've done it when you're not as desperate as you were before.
Describe a situation in which you were successful.
Buying a dildo when I was like, fifteen, from somewhere that wasn't my Daddy's shop.
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Stealing the dildo. And getting Bam to shower...
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Giving this one kid my sandwich in preschool, because from then on he stole them every day.
Would you rather work with information or with people?
Information. Information can't be an asshole.
    Are you a team player?
Nope. All for me or all for them. But preferably all for me.
    What motivates you?
Wanking. And the mental pictures that help me along.
    Are you a goal-oriented person?
Not unless it's something I really want.
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
I got Bam to shower, because I pissed him off so much he just did it. And I got him to eat, because I told him I'd show him the whole house... but, I did miss a spot.
    What are your short-term goals?
Get Bam into bed. As soon as possible.
What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
    Wanking on the couch.
Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    Asleep? ...Wanking.
    Do you handle conflict well?
Sometimes. It depends whether or not I'm directly involved. Like, if two bitches were cussing each other out, I'd probably sit back and laugh, but if it was two bitches cussing me out, I'd put them in their place. In a non-violent way, because, yknow. You can't hit women - hence why I don't fuck them.
What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
Boners. Like, all the time. My right arm's seriously going to end up all macho by Christmas if it keeps on like this.
    Do you handle pressure well?
Like, social pressure? If it's something I don't want to do, I tell them to fuck off. If it's something I do want to do, I'll do it.
    What is your greatest strength?
I'm quite the manipulative, sadistic little bitch.
    What is your greatest weakness?
    I'm an insufferable romantic.
What were your favorite classes? Why?
English, Art and Music. They were all easy A's for me. But I loved Health, during sex ed. It was funny as all shit.
    Is money important to you?
Yes and no. I do need money to get by, but so long as I could get ahold of free shit, I'd do fine too.
How much money do you need to make to be happy?
I'm somewhat happy with my financial status at the moment. As long as none of my trust funds dry up before I'm half-dead in a rocking chair, I'll be okay.

Oh this is a really cool idea.

This is Pepper from You Are at the Top of my Lungs.

    Tell me about yourself.

Pepper Alessandra Antoinette Pennington. 19 years old. Super gorgeous. I'm amazing and you probably aren't. But you can still check out my band if you want. xo xo

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

Fixing this damn band so they got signed. Without me they'd still be working at McDonald's or something equally as gross back in Vegas. You're super welcome you guys.

How would you describe your ideal job?

Assuming that I'm being forced to work for a living I suppose this band is a pretty good way to go. Although life on a freaking tour bus gets a little on the rank side.

    What goals do you have?

Nylon world domination I suppose. There's no way we aren't going to be loved worldwide. I'm going to make sure of that.
Being in a good relationship might be nice as well. Especially after being jilted at my own freaking wedding. Bastard.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?

Well as I've said before, we are amazing. End of story. If you don't dig our sound then there is obviously something wrong with you. I know some excellent psychiatrists if you want to work out your issues.
Meeting someone who's not a bastard. Easier said than done.

How do you personally define success?

    Pepper Alessandra Antoinette Pennington=Success.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.

    Life.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

Signing with Elite models at age fourteen. Being in this amazing band. Just basically being myself I guess. Not to brag.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?

Not saying yes to that bastard's proposal. Ugh.

Would you rather work with information or with people?

People, baby. People adore me. Information is freaking boring. Pepper Pennington is not boring.

    Are you a team player?

If I'm the captain. And we have cute uniforms.

    What motivates you?

Wanting to be better than everyone else. In the nicest possible way of course.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?

I guess you could say that. I'm a first place kind of person. Accomplishing goals is necessary to be the best.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.

I feel like you keep asking me the same questions over and over again. Why are you so boring? There's a Marc Jacobs trunk sale I need to get to. You don't think I just magically acquire these amazing clothes do you?

    What are your short-term goals?

Marc Jacobs trunk sale. I cannot stress this enough.
And to quit lusting after that damn Urie bastard. But that's getting a little too personal. You'd better not print that crap. I'll sue the hell out of you.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

Being 24 and world freaking famous.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?

World famous and maybe married. Maybe. Big, big maybe.

    Do you handle conflict well?

I don't handle conflict at all. You either agree with me or I kick your ass. Or at least ignore you until I get what I want. Haha. Is that called being passive aggressive?

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?

    Failed engagement.
    Brendon Urie.
Two things that are not related.

    Do you handle pressure well?

Of course. I am absolute grace under pressure my dear. I didn't go to finishing school for nothing.

    What is your greatest strength?

There are too many to list.
Besides the obvious physical superiority to those around me and my high IQ, I guess I'm a pretty good friend. Seriously. Ask my friends. Go ask them. I may be a bit of a bitch but I'm a loyal bitch.

    What is your greatest weakness?

Guys and drugs. Coke to be specific. I can't help it that I love it. Get over it.

What were your favorite classes? Why?

I liked my design class at UNLV. My clothes are wicked awesome.

    Is money important to you?

    Are you kidding me? Haha.
    What do you think?
Money is the root of all happiness right?

How much money do you need to make to be happy?

Enough to keep me in around eight or nine figure annually. Thank God I have a trust fund. The only thing my grandparents did right was dying and leaving me a kick ass inheritance.

Codie in 'You are at the top of my lungs'

    Tell me about yourself.
Well, my name is Codie Alexis Willis. I am 18 years old and my parents hate me. They thing I let them down when in fact I am doing what I love doing most. I have the best brother ever and nobody can mess with him without me bitching their asses off.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
Getting my band together and signed. Trust me, I am normally cool and I have game and skills but I was so terrified when I had to meet Pete Wentz. Damn.

How would you describe your ideal job?
Making music, writing lyrics. Spending my life on the road. Might not be ideal for a woman, lady, girl or what ever but yeah. Living in a tour bus can't be that bad.

    What goals do you have?
Getting my band to the top and staying there. Produce and write a studio album. Headlining my own tour, come on, I'm an artist. What do you want from me?

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Doing my best, never giving up, never give in, white flag? What's that.

How do you personally define success?
Enjoying life and living for what you love.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
    Getting signed!!!

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Pissing my parents off, no really, that gives me the thrill to go on and kick their asses. They piss me off so much. O, and when Pete Wentz said he liked my voice, come on!

Tell me about yourself. My formal title as an Heir Apparent to the Earldom of Essex is Viscount Malden, but you can call me Dougie Poynter. I am seventeen years old, and my favourite pastimes include music and sneaking out in the middle of the night.
What is your most important accomplishment to date? On a personal level, it must be the secret I have kept from my father for about half a year, seen as he is so normally impossible to decieve...
How would you describe your ideal job? Oh, I haven't got a clue. I've never actually needed a job... but I think I'd like to swap roles with Danny for a day and work on the fields. I imagine the view to be breathtaking.
What goals do you have? To move out of my house and out of my future. To build a life somewhere without so much weight upon my shoulders...
How do you plan to achieve these goals? I don't know if I can. I've got to let time take it's course.
How do you personally define success? Happiness.
Describe a situation in which you were successful. Uh... the day on the top of the hill, in the rain and after the market... the kiss.
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? To keep someone special in my life against all odds. In Love
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? Nothing.
Would you rather work with information or with people? People, without a doubt.
Are you a team player? I think I'd consider myself to be, yes.
What motivates you? Thoughts of seeing him at the end of the day.
Are you a goal-oriented person? Yes.
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.... I don't really have any, my life is that boring day to day.
What are your short-term goals? To stop anything bad happening to him.
What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Honestly? Realistically, I have no idea. But preferably, whatever I'm doing, I hope it's by Danny's side.
Where do you want to be ten years from now? Like I said, anything with Danny.
Do you handle conflict well? No.
What major problem have you had to deal with recently? The small matter of my Dad trying to destroy my relationship? Apart from that, nothing major.
Do you handle pressure well? No. I tend to bottle it up, the Tom gets worried and stressed too because it takes me a while to tell him what's wrong.
What is your greatest strength? My ability to trust.
What is your greatest weakness? I can't lie to save my life. Not normally, anyway.
What were your favorite classes? Why? Well I was home tutored, but I guess it was my musical instrument lessons. I adore being able to create music.
Is money important to you? i'm the richest teenager in the county, but I'd throw it all away for a life with him.
How much money do you need to make to be happy? None at all.

This is the character of Ian from my newest story, Roaming The Streets.

Tell me about yourself. My name is Ian and I'm currently living on the streets. I busk with my guitar to make money.

What is your most important accomplishment to date? Staying alive.

How would you describe your ideal job? I'd love to go into music professionally, but that'll never happen because I'm stuck here in a rut.

What goals do you have? I have but one goal, and that is to get a place of my own and stop living on the streets.

How do you plan to achieve these goals? I'll never make it. I can't see a way in which it will happen. For one, I don't have the money to even place a deposit on a house.

How do you personally define success? Doing well in what you do.

Describe a situation in which you were successful. A few weeks ago, when I got a good amount of spare change from the public. I was able to buy myself a proper meal, which I hadn't had in a long time before that moment.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? Being able to live like this.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? I would just change the one thing - I'd have never started a relationship with Andrew Shay. He was my downfall.

Would you rather work with information or with people? Information. I've had it with trusting people.

Are you a team player? I'd rather be alone.

What motivates you? Seeing smiles on people's faces when I perform. That makes this all worthwhile.

Are you a goal-oriented person? Not really. I just live for the moment.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them. -

What are your short-term goals? -

What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Stuck in some town still struggling to survive.

Where do you want to be ten years from now? I don't think I'll be alive ten years from now, if I'm being perfectly honest.

Do you handle conflict well? I have to, given the situation I'm in.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently? Well there's the whole problem of living on the streets. They're not exactly the safest place in the world, and there has been a few instances where people have attempted to steal my belongings. I've had to fight to stay alive.

Do you handle pressure well? Yes.

What is your greatest strength? My singing voice.

What is your greatest weakness? Sleeping. When I'm sleeping I can't defend myself.

What were your favorite classes? Why? I was never any good at school. I dropped out as soon as I could and I never paid attention in lessons.

Is money important to you? Yes. If I didn't get money then I couldn't survive, its as simple as that.

How much money do you need to make to be happy? I don't need much. I've survived on 50p before now, so I don't need a lot of money at all. Although if I somehow got enough money to buy a house, I would be very happy.

Superstitions?: Interested in them. Ancient curses and such. Doesn't believe in many, though ghosts, unexplained phenomona, et cetera intrigues him. Especially since he and the rest of the world have become unexplained phenomona.

Catchphrase that defines their worldview? (examples: "What goes around comes around." "Live fast, die young, and leave a beautiful corpse." etc.): "Destruction can only grow into tranquility."

    Tell me about yourself.
I'm Addie Khier. 15 years old. I grew up on a small town on the countryside with my sister and my mum.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
I've always been good at school. One of the best they say. Other than that though, I don't know.

How would you describe your ideal job?
I'd want to be a writer someday. And I want a medical expertise to go with it, like pediatrics or something.

    What goals do you have?
Not much. My goals are pretty simple. Graduate from college and be able to get a stable job, be able to have my own house built or bought in my hometown near the bay side or over-looking the mountains or something, and have a small family. That's just about it.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
I don't think these goals are really hard to achieve, everyone can achieve such a simple dream step-by-step, and that's how I plan to do it.

How do you personally define success?
For me it's... finally finding contentment and stability on your way of living and on all the things you've achieved.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
I was able to save my foster sibling from death. She suffered from a severe case of leukemia.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
All the things I've learned and discovered in myself and in my family and the people around me. They helped me learn about life more and made me realize how beautiful life is. And that's just about more than enough for me to gain satisfaction.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Nothing. I'm proud of everything I've gone through and the way I've overcome them. And I like how things are now, no matter how imperfect and flawed they may be.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
    People.

    Are you a team player?
    Not literally speaking, yes.

    What motivates you?
The people around me and the people I love.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
    Kind of.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
Building a stronger relationship with my foster sibling, and my mother. I don't know exactly how I've achieved them, all I know is that if it wasn't for them, my goal would've gone to waste from the very start. I'm not making any sense, am I?

    What are your short-term goals?
Graduate with honors. But then I may not be the best but I'm aiming on being able to do my best. As simple as that.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
Enjoying the expertise I choose, and making the most of my life in a good way.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
A happy lady with a heart of a giant and a smile of a proud lover.

    Do you handle conflict well?
    Not really.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
My foster sister getting sick and all that.

    Do you handle pressure well?
    No, I'm weak like that.

    What is your greatest strength?
If being able to love people easily is a strength then that is.

    What is your greatest weakness?
    Insecurities.

What were your favorite classes? Why?
English, just the creative writing part, and music. I play instruments very well.

    Is money important to you?
Not really. I never really needed a lot. Never had enough either actually.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
Just enough money to sustain myself.

    BRIEF LIFE STORY

    - What was their life like before the story began?

Hard. Blaine's parents tried to force her into a life style that she did not wish to lead, and she was quickly removed from the family home, by force. Her parents kicked her out of the house when she was seventeen, and she met her bandmate Ian, who took her in. (He was nineteen at the time.) Her twin brother, who was her closest friend, had died a year earlier.

    - What was growing up like for them?

She was constantly being compared to her older sister Julia, who married a year after she graduated from high school, to a man who generally resembled Ken.

    - Did they have a good or bad childhood?

Good. Everything was complete bliss until her brother died.

    - What struggles have that had, or hardships they have overcome?

Her brother dying, as previously mentioned.

    - Has their life worked out like they expected?

No. When Blaine's parents kicked her out of the house, she figured that she would end up working a dead end job for the rest of her life, instead of attending college like she planned.

    - Has their life been difficult or easy until now?

Relatively easy. She hasn't been faced anything too hard, and if she has, she has managed to overcome it.

    - Were they forced into their current path, or are they here by choice?

    She is there by choice.

    - Do they have regrets?

    No.

    - What special circumstances have made them into who they are today?

Meeting Ian and starting to play guitar.

    - Did anything happen in their past that they cannot forget or live down, or that has deeply changed them or scarred them in some way?

When she was eleven, she was in a car crash and temporarily lost her memory. Doctors insisted that she would never get her mind back, but in the end she did.

    PSYCHOLOGY

Hopes/desires: That she will eventually find someone who loves her and will take care of her.
Fears/phobias: Being left alone, never seeing Ian, not being able to express herself

    Introvert or extrovert?: Introvert.

More thinking or feeling?: Feeling. Often acts on what she feels is right, not what is logical.

Tends to be self centered? Selfish? Selfless?: Selfish. She tries not to get too involved with others, often avoids everyone so she doesn't have to speak to them.

Most hated activities: Talking to her family.

Most enjoyed activities: Playing shows, singing

    PHILOSOPHY & MORALITY

    Attitudes toward:

    - love: Only in her dreams
    - family: Hates hers, wants to have kids

Since I did this with my Jon and Shawn characters I couldn’t very well leave Matt out. :file:

    Tell me about yourself.
“I’m Matt. And I’m the drummer. [pause] What? Oh. No, I don’t have to tell you what band. Or my last name. Obviously I’m so famous everyone knows who I am and the name of the band I play drums in. But my last name’s Whalen and I’m in The Matches, just for the record.”
What is your most important accomplishment to date?
“That this is not a job interview. I must have accomplished great things not having to work.”
How would you describe your ideal job?
“No job is perfect. It can’t be, you can’t expect that. So what I do now is as close to and ideal ‘job’ you can get, I guess.”
    What goals do you have?
“Um. To get really rich and famous. Yeah. [smiles] Or just keep on playing my drums, that works too.”
How do you plan to achieve these goals?
“To hire some good-looking, young guy to put on stage with us who can attract all the teen girls out there and get us a lot of fans so we sell lots of records so we can finance our music career so I don’t have to do something like, um, wash cars. Did you know we got a new bassist, by the way? [smiles]”
How do you personally define success?
“When you are where you want to be.”
Describe a situation in which you were successful.
“Um. There are so many I can’t pick just one. Yeah. [smiles]”
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
“There are a lot of things but, um, most are things I’ve done together with the band. And it wouldn’t be nice, stealing all the glory for myself. And the rest is private life things. Which I’m not gonna talk about. So.”
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
“Probably at least a handful things. But I can’t think of anything right now. Which is totally not an excuse not to tell because I’m embarrassed about it. [smiles]”
Would you rather work with information or with people?
“Information. I work with people. But I’m a drummer so I don’t have to really. Socialized as much as anyone else in a band.”
    Are you a team player?
    “I’m not a solo artist.”
    What motivates you?
“The fans, definitely. And the others in the band. And people working with us, of course. They’re all really motivating and just, inspiring. They keep you going. Yeah.”
    Are you a goal-oriented person?
    “Um, yeah, I think so.”
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
“Recent goals. There are a few things. But. It doesn’t really have anything to do with my career. So I’m not gonna tell.”
    What are your short-term goals?
“Find Shawn after this and get him to return something he borrowed.”
What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
“Hopefully, um, still what I’m doing now. Only earning maybe a little more and headline a lot more. Maybe, um, headline only. And play more locations.”
Where do you want to be ten years from now?
“On a world tour. Like a real world tour all over the world.”
    Do you handle conflict well?
“I try to avoid it. So I don’t really handle it. At all.”
What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
“Um. Shawn’s mood swings? No, there’s nothing really I’ve had to deal with personally. There have been problems, the release of one of our videos was, um, banned. And other things. Jon’s broken finger. So. But I try to stay in the eye of the hurricane and let, um, everything be crazy and everyone sort things out and I’ll just stay calm in the center.”
    Do you handle pressure well?
    “I hope so.”
    What is your greatest strength?
    “Everything.”
    What is your greatest weakness?
    “That I’m overconfident. [smiles]”
What were your favorite classes? Why?
“Is everyone expecting me to give a nerdy answer? Okay. Then my favorite class was math.”
    Is money important to you?
“Making music is important to me and. Unfortunately, maybe you should say, I can’t do that without money. Or. I can’t do that very well without money. So in that sense, yes, money is important.”
How much money do you need to make to be happy?
“I could make nothing and still be happy. As long as I have the people that are important to me around then money doesn’t really matter. [pause] Um. I need my band to be happy. So I guess you could say that I need to make enough for us to keep being a band.”

Tell me about yourself. My name is Ruben Delson. I am twenty years old. I live in a house I inherited from my mother, after she died recently. We have been poor all my life, so the house is not exactly a mansion.
What is your most important accomplishment to date? I'm pretty sure I've saved a life.
How would you describe your ideal job? I don't know. There's always the issue of bringing in lots of money. I guess, I'd like to be an investor. I'd prefer to sit in some grand mansion and earn millions than drive to the other side of town every day just to earn cents.
What goals do you have? To find out about Vera - why was she homeless, abandoned and starved when I found her? Why is she afraid of the police? Why is she afraid to go outside?
How do you plan to achieve these goals? I guess I need to spend a lot of time earning her trust, but truth be told... I don't even trust myself.
How do you personally define success? Getting to a point where you are absolutely happy with your life. I guess nobody is ever successful.
Describe a situation in which you were successful. Getting Vera to walk again.
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? Getting a decent job, I guess.
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? I would perhaps get closer to my mother while I had the chance.
Would you rather work with information or with people? Information. People look at me and automatically assume that I'm an unpleasant person, and treat me like one, so I assume the same about them.
Are you a team player? Not really. I was content living on my own and not having to help anybody but myself, but it's all for the best, I guess.
What motivates you? Vera's progress and my paycheck.
Are you a goal-oriented person? Yeah, a little. Jut the natural amount, I guess.
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them. Get a job. I applied for a job.
What are your short-term goals? Get Vera to go outside.
What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Probably a drunken slob passed out in the gutter, then crawling back to my crap house, and going to the same work the next day with a massive hangover.
Where do you want to be ten years from now? In a better house with a better job.
Do you handle conflict well? I guess.... I take the time to cool off.
What major problem have you had to deal with recently? Vera. Vera, Vera, Vera. She is a constant thorn, but she is a beautiful one. I have grown close to her in two days, so I can not pull her out.
Do you handle pressure well? Hell no. I just drink lots of coffee and get all worked up and aggressive.
What is your greatest strength? I'm quite generous, I guess.
What is your greatest weakness? People piss me off.
What were your favorite classes? Why? Study. Because I never went to those.
Is money important to you? Not really. It's not like I have that much.
How much money do you need to make to be happy? I'm quite happy where I am, without money. But I wouldn't mind to get some more.

    Tell me about yourself.
"Eh...well...there's nothing I could tell you that you probably couldn't find out in my Wikipedia page, truthfully. My name's Jackie Flores, uh...I'm from Ohio, I sing in a band called No Man's Land...er...I like suits...?"

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
"I dunno, probably just getting this far with the band? We're all immensely proud of everything we've done for this band, and where we're headed with it...I'd call that pretty important. It's my passion, it's my job, and I can't imagine what my life would be like without it."

How would you describe your ideal job?
"Like I already said. Being on that stage, and then using that as, like...my main source of income? Maybe not so ideal, for some people, but so far it's been working pretty well for me."

    What goals do you have?
"It'd be awesome if nothing fell through...I used to just say, 'Oh, right, wishful thinking,' but I think we're strong enough to where we could make it. And at the end of things, if I and the others could have made even the smallest of impacts in music, or in the lives of our fans...awesome."

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
"Well, the current way of doing things seems to be working pretty well, so far..."

How do you personally define success?
"Apparently, from what I've heard, some fans think of me whenever they wear fancy pants. If that's not success in life, I don't know what is."

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
"When this one dude went, 'Oh, hey, yeah, so...we're going to sign you.'"

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
"These questions are getting redundant! One of the biggest, most influential things in my life right now is being in the band. My life revolves around it, which it would have to. All of the questions like this are going to lead back to the same answer."

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
"Oh, well...I don't know, honestly. I always told myself that if I was given the chance, I'd go back and change so many things about my life, and my family, when I was younger...but even then, I don't know how I would have, even if I'd known any better."

Would you rather work with information or with people?
    "Information. I know. Shocker."

    Are you a team player?
"I think I'd have to be."

    What motivates you?
"Honestly? The fans. Seeing them come out to shows, sing along with you, and respond to everything you do with the music...it's pretty inspiring."

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
"Once again, I think I'd have to be."

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
"I wanted to stop smoking, and I did. For all of three seconds. Ah, well. You win some, you lose some."

    What are your short-term goals?
    "Survive. Still working on it."

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
"This, hopefully. I'll be around thirty-two or so then, though...I'd always hope to maybe have a family started by the time I was around thirty or so, but that's kind of a complicated matter for me, so I don't know if that's ever going to happen."

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    Same answer.

    Do you handle conflict well?
"Well enough, I suppose. Lord knows I've patched up enough fights between Gerry and Evan, though I tend to avoid altercations myself."

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
"It's kind of a long story...kind of personal..."

    Do you handle pressure well?
"Depends on the situation. There's a lot of pressure to be in a band like this; you have people on all sides demanding more, more! And you do the best you can, but sometimes even that isn't enough. You have the label breathing down your neck about this and that, fans getting impatient about an album that was supposed to be released like, half a year ago, and you're always so in demand while on tour - it's, 'Where's Jackie, we need him on stage!' this and, 'Where's the band, they need to do this interview now,' that...it gets pretty hectic. Good practice, though."

    What is your greatest strength?
"I'd say my ability to tune out things that annoy me, but that acts as more of an irritant to the people around me, so I don't know if it should count."

    What is your greatest weakness?
"Dude, I wouldn't even know where to start."

What were your favorite classes? Why?
"I was home-schooled, so my 'classroom' experiences probably differ from most. But I really liked English, and science."

    Is money important to you?
"As important as it is to anyone who wants a roof over their head and food to eat. I'm not rich, which I think some people might be surprised to find out...? I have enough to live on, and can afford a few luxuries here or there, but I'm not like, rolling in the dough or anything."

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
    "Same answer."

    Appearance:

    - Height - 6'4"
    - Weight - Normally fluctuates between 150 and 165; underweight, and almost painfully skinny.
    - Hair color/style - Dyed an almost obnoxiously bright shade of red; untidy and mussed.
    - Eye color - Pale blue/gray.

    - Quality of relationship with child(ren): Red Fitzgerald (father) is on excellent terms with all of his children. Jackie often turns to him for advice and counsel. Julienne Sharpe (formerly Julienne Fitzgerald) was divorced from Red years ago, and no longer speaks to her ex-husband or any of their four children.
    - Living/deceased: Both living.

Family structure/life: A very eccentric, and rather dysfunctional family, but loving nonetheless.

    BRIEF LIFE STORY

    - What was their life like before the story began?
As normal as it could be, I suppose. There are things that will happen in the story that will throw all of the character's lives into disarray, at least for a little while. Before it began, they all just did their things. Jackie was just getting over Laine, however, and is still sour about her.

    - What was growing up like for them?
Fairly normal, which was astounding given certain events. Jackie's mother leaving and how she treated him before she did was rather traumatic, but he had the support of the rest of his family to get him through it. It was happy, overall.

    - Did they have a good or bad childhood?
    Good, mostly.

    - What struggles have they had, or hardships they have overcome?
The abandonment of his mother, coming to terms with who he really was, sexually and otherwise, getting the band together and then off the ground.

    - Has their life worked out like they expected?
Not even close. But he's pretty content with it, nevertheless.

    - Has their life been difficult or easy until now?
    A fair mixture of both.

    - Were they forced into their current path, or are they here by choice?
Forced, in many ways. But sometimes, he doesn't really regret it as much as he probably should...

    - What special circumstances have made them into who they are today?
None that shall be mentioned because of spoilers.

    - Did anything happen in their past that they cannot forget or live down, or that has deeply changed them or scarred them in some way?
    Same answer as above.

    PSYCHOLOGY

Defining characteristic: If you asked him, he'd answer, "Probably my hair." But in a psychological sense, perhaps his dry wit and sardonic sense of humor.

Hopes/desires: That his band will continue on toward success.
Fears/phobias: That he really is doomed, after all.
Dirty Secrets: Not even going there.

Introvert or extrovert?: Introvert. Odd, considering he runs around like a loon when on stage most nights, but there you have it.

    More thinking or feeling?: Thinking...?

Favorite and hated foods/drinks: Likes tomato soup, instant Jell-O, and booze. Hates shellfish; he's allergic.

Education or important learning experiences: His whole life is one big learning experience.

Deepest secret or wildest fantasy: Spoilers...

Sense (or lack!) of humor: what makes your character laugh? Mostly things that, if other people knew they made him laugh, they would assume him to be a rather disturbed and morbid person.

Who is your character's hero, or who do they admire or emulate? His father.

    PHILOSOPHY & MORALITY

    Attitudes toward:
    - He doesn't always like himself, but he makes due.
    - He loves his friends and his family, but tends to push others away.
    - He values the friends he has.
    - Sex is fun, but it's a complicated matter for him. The whole, "I don't like to let people know if I'm a guy or a girl," thing doesn't help.
    - Love is cool, but it doesn't happen often for him.
    - Family is important, and he laments the difficulties that face him when it comes to forming his own.
    - Marriage is another complicated matter.
    - He's certainly not the most patriotic person around.
    - The world's a fun place.
    - He doesn't put much stock in religion, but doesn't look down on those who do.

    Political philosophy:
    - Conservative/traditional/ liberal/radical: Liberal. He always thought he'd like to me more radical, "But I'm kind of lazy, so...eh."
    - Public causes supported/protested: Gay rights, abortion (pro-choice).
    - Politically active/apathetic: Not involved enough to be active, yet not uncaring enough to be apathetic.

    Superstitions?: None.

    LIFE & LIFESTYLE

Closest friend(s): Evan Wise, who he has known since Evan was six and he was ten; is now his roommate, and the guitarist in the same band Jackie sings in. Also Taffy White, the band's bassist, and Gerry Bryant, their drummer, along with Anna Bryant (Gerry's daughter/Evan's girlfriend) and his own sister, Jillian Kelsey (formerly Jillian Fitzgerald).

    Job/career/occupation: Singer/lyricist/composer for No Man's Land.
    - Attitude towards job: He loves it, though it does come with its hardships.
Noted accomplishments: Helping to get the band up off the ground; releasing three albums, the most recent two which were fairly successful.
    - Famous/infamous? Famous.
Clubs/organizations belonged to: Only one, which shall not be mentioned for the sake of spoilers.

Hobbies: Writing, both for his songs and just for whatever happens to be on his mind at the time.

HOW WOULD YOUR CHARACTER REACT TO...

    - Inheriting $1 million: He'd save a bit for himself, give some to family, and invest the rest into the band.
    - The death of a loved one: Like anyone would, I suppose.
    - A natural disaster: hurricane/earthquake, etc.: He'd be freaked out, but he'd deal the best he could.
    - Being fired: Horribly.
    - Meeting an old friend or enemy not seen for years: He talks a big game (sometimes), but he gets frozen to the spot when confronted with these people.
    - Having or raising children: He wants children someday, it's just...a very complicated matter.
    - Being raped/mugged/violated in some way: I suppose it would be as traumatizing for him as it would be for anyone.
    - An unexpected kindness or compliment: He'd mostly just get uncomfortable, though still try to remain courteous.
    - A serious illness such as AIDS or cancer: Probably not well.
    - A flat tire on the expressway: Been there, done that. It's an irritant, but he has a spare in his trunk and knows how to change a tire.
    - An interracial relationship: He wouldn't care about skin color.
    - Five minutes on local or national TV: It's nothing he's not accustomed to.

Tell me about yourself. My name is Jamie, and I'm in a band.

What is your most important accomplishment to date? I haven't really done anything worthwhile, yet.

How would you describe your ideal job? I'd give anything for my band to make it. I can't be bothered getting a "real" job, and my money isn't going to last forever.

What goals do you have? Like I said, previously, I want my band to make it. I wouldn't say no to having a partner, but my band is my main priority.

How do you plan to achieve these goals? We need to get a record deal and tour our arses off.

How do you personally define success? When you've accomplished what you set out to do.

Describe a situation in which you were successful. I learnt to play turntables in a week.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life? See above.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? I wouldn't change anything. I don't like looking back on what's happened. Everything happens for a reason.

Would you rather work with information or with people? I'm a people person. I'd go crazy if I had to stay on my own for long periods of time. Its bad enough living alone, sometimes.

Are you a team player? Most definitely.

    What motivates you? Fame.

Are you a goal-oriented person? Sometimes.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them. I haven't achieved any of my goals, yet.

What are your short-term goals? All my goals are long-term.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Touring the world with my famous band.

Where do you want to be ten years from now? See my last answer.

Do you handle conflict well? No. I hate it and try to avoid it whenever possible.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently? Matthew Davies-Kreye.

Do you handle pressure well? Yes.

What is your greatest strength? I'm a fast learner.

What is your greatest weakness? I don't like seeing people who have what I want.

What were your favorite classes? Why? What classes?

Is money important to you? Very. I'm a very money-orientated person, and would probably go crazy if I didn't have much money.

How much money do you need to make to be happy? A bit. I'd hate to be living in poverty.
