I've been drafting a Word document that lists all the books I want to read, but it's about three pages long, so I figured I'd just narrow it down to the books I plan on pursuing in the near future. You know, to be polite. File

House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski
    Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane
Fight Club and Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk
I Am the Messenger by Marcus Zusak
    Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
    The Pact by Jodi Picoult

I'm not really much for the books that are "hype" at the moment, which Picoult's books certainly are with the teenaged crowd, but I can't resist a good suicide pact story.

Then there are the books I'm valiantly attempting to finish, some of which I have exactly no motivation to actually pick up again. I want to cast them to the wayside - badly. However, I honestly cannot do that. It'll bother me forever.

Interview With A Vampire by Anne Rice
120 Days of Sodom by Marquis De Sade. I may never get through this book, because it is pointless; a waste of time. It's not as disturbing as they all say it is (that's why I started reading it in the first place, because I can never turn down a challenge). I mean yes, most of it is absolutely vile, but if I do end up not finishing it, it's not because I'm a wimp (I must clarify), it's because I have better things to do with my life.
How To Kill A Rock Star by Tiffanie Debartolo
    Fallen by Lauren Kate
Tithe: A Modern Faerie Tale by Holly Black (Don't really like it. A little too mystical for my taste. Makes me feel like Holly Black was smoking a little green when she wrote it). tehe

    The Intention Craft:
Run For Your Life by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge
I'm a sucker for almost anything James Patterson writes. He's an amazing author, one of my favourites. It's a new book that came out, and from the info I read on it, it sounds interesting. :]

grl2grl: short fictions by Julie Anne Peters
I love Julie Anne Peters, I really do. And I've read three of her novels, but never seen this one in any bookstore I've looked in. I'm really wanting to read it.

    Ellen Foster by Kaye Gibbons
"When I was little I would think of ways to kill my daddy..."
A story about a young 11 year old girl living with her abusive father and her unhappy mother. It was a choice to read it for 8th grade, but I didn't take it. People who did take it said it was an amazing book, and since then I haven't been able to properly pick it up and read it.

A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare
I'm lame and a nerd. That is all. XD
    I want to read...Any good book... (:
