When You and Mibba Met

I joined because I wanted to post a story on GSB and I had to join here to do it. :XD
I am so glad I joined.

I joined because I wanted more readers to my stories about my character Zach. I only got 3-4 readers on dA.

A girl on Quizilla gave me a story link to here, and I tried to read it, but I had to be a member--so I joined cause of that. And since there. MIBBA IS WAY BETTER THEN QUIZILLA. So I am happy I joined.

I dunno if I posted here already and I'm too lazy to look it up. :shifty

So I think I was in INO (old INO) and lurking, lurking, lurking. Then, I stumbled in Dujo's thread, I think. And he was... angry. :shifty I dunno, I think to those people saying things about his site (I forgot what site) in other site and Dujo said something about www.mibba.com

I went here but I was too lazy to register so I didn't register. :tehe:

Then I was in GSB, lurking in the stories section when I can't open one story 'cause the story's tranfered here. I so really wanted to read it so I registered in mibba. :con:

I joined cause Quizilla was being a dick to me and not letting me post anything. :grr: I was so mad that I avoided Quizilla like a plague, I was so sad after that.

Then I remembered reading how other pissed off writer's left for a site called Mibba, so I checked it out and joined! Never regretted my big move at all. :tehe:

my cousin was on here but got banned, and i was reading some of her work and started writing my own and she gave me the link to this place. i love it here. but i find trying to work the profile CSS thing way to difficult, but oh well it's amazing here. even though i haven't really talked to many people. i wouldn't change my mind about this site it's fricken addiciting.!

I was a GSBian for about a year and I was posting my fics over there. Then Dujo created this lovely site for writing and I joined the first day. (53rd profile. I have no life. :XD) So I'm one of the oldest Mibbians basically...

I was a Quizillian for about two years before one of the authors said they were "extremely P.O.'d that someone had gone and posted my story on Mibba."
So I decided to check it out and made an account. And in all honesty, I had not found it at all appealing and left it for a few months, focusing morely on Quizilla.
Then, it changed its whole format and people started talking about Mibba in their journal posts...
Here I am and this is where I plan to stay. :cute:

I joined because my friend recc'd a story to me =)
I had never read any fan fiction before, and the very first one I read was a weird one where Gerard ended up brutally raping and murdering his friends and family and chopping their hands off to use for his art work O_O

It was July 08 and I was typing away while at my summer job. I really did have nothing to do, so I spent 8 hours per day online. The second day I was googling Avenged Sevenfold and came across a story about them.

At that time I didn't know what fanfiction was, so I was a little confused, but soon my brain worked it out. By the way, the story I first read was a slash between M.Shadows and Synyster Gates, which got me a little worried...

For the next month working there I visited mibba daily and read the stories. Sometimes it was a little awkward if I was reading a mature scene and my boss would come into the office I was in.

Thinking back, they actually paid me 4€ per hour to read stories 8 hours a day. I love my life :]

I joined because my friend told me about the site and I thought it would be a good place to present some of my stories, although I am still to write them as I've just recently joined.

I joined because, when I was new to the world of fanfiction, I did a google search for 'fanfiction'.

I came across the story 'The Secrets Kept' and at a certain point I couldn't read it without a profile.

So I made an account, and quickly found a cache of wonderful ff. The first I found was 'If I Knew Who You Were'.

The moments after I created my account were filled with excitement and a weird sort of euphoria.

I never actually finished reading 'The Secrets Kept'.

I joined this site because I wanted something to read.

My friend -- well, she was my crush back then :XD -- told me to join mibba `cause she knew how much I loved My Chemical Romance. She said there were tons of stories about them, so naturally, I joined. :D

My friend lured me in here. ^-^

She wrote her stories here and she told me to sign up here so that I could read more of her poems and stories.

After that, I joined and fell in love with Mibba.

No regrets at all.

I can't remember what her username was but i remember her name was lauren and i forgot what her story was called but she had it on quizilla at the end of 2008 and she said she was moving to mibba and said if you wanted to continue reading, then sign up and follow her story there. And so that's what i did. I made an account, but i soon deleted it because i was getting spam emails from over-subbing and cba to unsub everything and so i made this one

I joined because Quizilla sucked monkey's ass.

And I'm glad I did.
Mibba is my home away from home.

I think I came here a few years ago when I realized how much I hated Quizilla.
Wasn't active on the forums at all in the beginning though.
