Paul's character grew on me, too. After I ended Lasting Impression, I actually thought about making the sequel about him and Chloe, but after writing a few chapters of the sequel, it just didn't feel right anymore.

Hehe. It looks like Jason has won over yet another one of my readers. I can't help writing cute kids into the story :)

The pregnant woman was a tad overemotional. Fish and alcohol are things that you're supposed to avoid during pregnancy because they could harm the baby, so she freaked out when Chloe served them. She could have taken it better, but I needed something to top off that horrible day.

That thought is always in the back of my mind as I'm writing, but as much as I wanna please everyone, Chloe's gonna have to pick either Paul, Alex, or neither. I know there is a risk of haterade spillage amongst teams, but that's the way drama works--at least one person ends up getting hurt.

Plus if a person has stuck around and read almost 200 pages of the story that I've posted, I figure that they're gonna keep reading.

But if not, I'll wear a helmet and work on my fruit-dodging skills.

Here in Chicago, it's 4:11AM and I'm still awake and writing because I just got a burst of inspiration while listening to Cobra Starship.

Just about everyone is thinking the same way about Paul. They think he's sweet and all, but they're still on Team Alex.
