My friend Jordan and I realized that you could win a scholarship for going to prom in entirely duck tape and we're thinking about doing it. It sounds really fun, but it'd be so much work and prom is in less than a month and oh geez.

Today I saw my transcript for the first time... Realized I've had one C (a C+) in my high school career and it's only on this midterm because I didn't do an essay on comparing the colors ginger and green. Ginger isn't even a color. I even take offense at that term. Just because someone has red hair doesn't mean they're spawn from hell that will eat your soul. But, next year I only need three credits. But I'm taking extra classes online so I can get college credits down.

i was actually planning to be productive; i really want to finish my holiday homework/projects early and rewrite the gazillion notes i've scribbled in random places since the start of the year. and if i'm hardworking enough (i prolly won't be, but i really wish i would), maybe do some revision or read textbooks ahead of the lessons or something.
but i have a feeling that i'll be doing my homework on the last day of the holiday and not have written any notes or revised anything, as usual, and then i'll just hate myself for being so stupid and useless and lazy. as usual. -.-

Ugh. I don't remember if we even get a break. We had so long off for Christmas and I think that they might take it away for snow days or something. They should... mostly because I have a senior friend who keeps wishing for snow days so that we have to go to school an extra day and she doesn't. Stupid... graduating... gr.

i feel like shit today. i don't even know why. sometimes i'm just really hyper and happy, and then like a minute later i just feel really down and depressed. :(
so far i haven't been able to catch up with all my work yet. i mean, i don't think i have any overdue work anymore, but i have shitloads of notes to rewrite ('cause i always just scribble shit in class). like, i don't have any proper notes since the start of january.
thankfully i'm having a weeklong break sometime this month, though. hopefully i'll be able to make use of it. unlike of all the other holidays (and weekends) i've wasted.

it's okay. it's not your fault. :( i'm trying to fix things, but... you know how the only good part about going to school is being able to see your friends? yeah, well, my true friends aren't even in my school, and the "friends" i get to see, i see them hanging out and having fun without me (sometimes i feel like they basically ignore my existence unless they need me, lol).

i just. i really wish i could take a break from life, you know? but instead i'm just falling more and more behind in my studies (and that's supposed to be my strong point, 'cause academics is the only thing i'm good at), and just getting more and more depressed each day...

crying doesn't help. it doesn't let out the feelings and the stress and whatever; in the end the depression just stays. hugging doesn't help. i try to hug my mum and dad whenever i can. but it really doesn't help.
