Thank you very much for the article comment, it was very informative. I know that you're not supposed to tilt your head back to stop a nose bleed, but some people do it anyway and it seems to help at times so I figured I'd put it do there. I didn't know about the cup thing... Thank you very much for including that in your comment!
We have 2 semesters too. The 2nd semester we keep the full year stuff like languages, math, English, etc. But there are a few classes that only last a semester.
Heads up to anyone in my 80's Songfic Contest at the time I'm posting this, there are 6 hours and 20 minutes before the deadline. Make sure you get it in on time! If not, there are no exceptions and you are out. Thanks and have a lovely day!
regarding your comment on my blog, yeah! she like seemed to hate the female characters just as much as we did! and so she just half-assed them! totally ridiculous :p
I feel the same way about the blogs. They all kind of seem a bit silly, but I think it's a nice thought to have a place to be silly. We shouldn't do it in our stories or anything. It's a nice outlet.
Hey! I was on Quzilla too. I left it, and I asked all of my readers to just come over here. I was really quite shocked when I was able to get like thirty of them to move right away.
Sorry for the wait. I was unexpectedly taken away from the laptop by visiting my dad. :)
Exactly! And when we're older, we're allowed to be taught all the "bad" stuff. When I was in the 5th grade, the Civil Rights movement was all about Rosa Parks. My teachers never got into depth with what happened. Then in the 8th grade I actually learned about lynching and Emmet Till, the boy who got tortured/murdered and thrown into a lake with this heavy object tied to his body.
Thanks for the comment on my blog entry (I almost said journal entry....). I wasn't expecting anyone to read it let alone comment on it. Nice to know that I'm not the only one who's kind of lost. :)
My cousins friend failed out of AP Lit but that seemed so...ridiculous considering I helped her in her homework.
I used to be "that" person. You know, the one who looked too closely into things and that's what was important in that class...I think. I don't know, I'm fine with AP World History.
Our teachers recommend us for AP classes. I'm great at writing and reading. I got a 6/6 for every essay that I wrote! How come I didn't get into AP Lit.? Whatever I guess.
You're lucky though, you get to sign up for it ._. It is hard but here the more AP classes that you have the less classes you'll have to take in college. Obviously you need to PASS those AP classes, but I know I can do that...
Hello! Thanks a bunch for commenting on "Just a Glimpse" and "Wild". It makes me happy to see that you actually got, and liked "Just a Glimpse". After I finished writing it I was like ehhh, it seems vague. But yay, you liked it! As for "Wild", yeah they were going to be twins in the beginning when I first started thinking about the story. And the ending was going to be a bit different, but I was running a little late on time since it was for a contest. Anyway, I really appreciate the feedback! -Ricka
