Breathe, walk, and keep your mind connected then that way you can easily find your sanity. We're all insane in a way but it's yourself that tells you to be sane. (This is why I don't talk much cause I suck at trying to cheer people up with such words Dx) BUT! I love you and this is coming from someone who doesn't fucking know you/ barley talk to on here.
