Wow, I'm flattered that I'm one of your favorite authors, haha. Yeah, I'd still like to be a writer, and as soon as I start writing professionally (aka for money), I'll definitely tell everyone my pen name.
I wouldn't necessarily call that a bad critique unless you hate Twilight (and I do). First, the world is so overrun with vampire stuff that nearly anything you write with vampires in it will be a "Twilight" spin-off in someone's eyes. Second, it's not unusual for a writer, especially an amateur writer, to be influenced by the books they read. It helps them create their own style. And I don't think it's like Twilight. Theodore is much less all over Audrina/Kathleen than Edward is over Bella. Bella definitely hadn't lost her memory, and Theodore is really different from Edward in many ways. I think that person only said that because it has vampires and the idea of imprinting.
No problem! I plan on reading the other one when I find the time. I incorporate a lot of my dreams into stories. That's how most of them start.
I'm trying to get better about the critique thing. I'm trying to make myself understand that it's not that I'm a bad person, and they're just trying to help me improve.
I certainly hope I'm going to a good college. Only time will tell, and I can always transfer if I'm miserable.
Having someone judge/ critique your story is like having someone judge/ critique your child. It's quite painful, and you just want to defend it.
Yes, I'm going out of state, which I think my parents are ultimately happy about. I'm the youngest, so they're a little worried, but my mom loves to brag about how I'm going out of state to a private university. College is a time when you get to leave home and see new people and places. I feel like I definitely wouldn't be doing that if I stayed close. Besides, it's only 8 hours away. I could drive back in a day if I wanted. (Only my car doesn't have cruise control.)
I'm actually a senior, but I am going to stay on Mibba. I like getting feedback for my stories, but I absolutely hate having people I know in real life read them. So rest assured I'm not going anywhere! Well, I'm moving to a different state, but in the cyber world, I'm staying right here. :)
nah no worries =D
hahhaa yeah we have that ideal whether but only in the summer- and i'm not near the beaches lol i'm about 2-3 hours away from it. lol i don't have the kangaroos, but there is a town a few hours away from me where they are in the street and on people's lawns- but we don't own them lol.
aww damn it- you could have it as a joke between autumn and someone who is friendly with her...lol
yes goodbye scenes are always good =D
ahahaha well i'm not asian but i proudly boast about my blanket!!! it's soooo toasty =D
is it? at least it's only cool- it's blinkin' freezing over here- i'm talking, sneeze and it freezes solid on the tissue! lol ok, maybe not that cold lol but you get the image. lol
and YES she is!!! hehehehe. when they're saying goodbye to leave for the journey, either Caden or Autumn should say instead of goodbye, just "moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo" hehehehehe
Yeahh I get what you meann :)
I am making a fanfic with one of my friends about the Jonas Brothers, and it's pretty good, I guess. But it's weird, I have more readers for that than my other stories (non-fanfics). And I think my other stories are much much better. It doesn't make sense to me >.<
But I might start a fanfic soon, get some readers, and maybe they'll check out my others stories. Rofl xD It's kinda like cheating but oh well xD
ohh whoops, forgot to tell you how australia is lol
it's pretty awesome at the moment- bloody freezing up here on the mountain but i LOVE my new electric blanket- seriously, it's like shoving your feet into a toaster oven!! lol hows yours?
Ohhh yeah, Don't Wish For Love was based off one of my dreams ^_^
It seems to be one of my most popular creations, but I still wish I could have more stars. I think people who write fanfics only get the most stars cause people want to read about their celebrity idol or crush or something. I mean, don't get me wrong, they deserve 10 stars if they're really good, but if they get 10 stars, but are horrible written, I don't think it's fair. So I try to stay away from creating fanfics.
Aw thanks so much!
You just put a smile on my face! :D
I would read your stuff, but right now I'm being forced to go to this picnic >.<
Rofl, so I'll read it when I get back ^_^
oh wow that is strange lol
but hey, animals have brains so they can probably be taught anything- hell, we've taimed ourselves to use a toilet... so in the long run, a bunny using it shouldn't be that strange... one would think lol
hahahaha no silly billy lol- she doesn't use a toilet lol. she only goes to the toliet in the bottom level of her cage, never in the house when she's let out, and not in her "bedroom" where she sleeps lol
lol naww shucks lol i try =P
naw it's alright- dull? nah! it wasn't dull! and even if it was, dull isn't necessarily bad- sometimes, in fact, it's needed to cool things off lol.
and i'm not looking forward to the waiting, but alrighties, i guess i can manage... maybe lol
and yeah i have a rabbit- she's black, long flopp ears and called Lexi- she's a real cutie lol- and a real lady- shes like toilet trained lol don't ask me how cause we certainlly didnt train her lol. she's just polite =D
lol the wild animals? mostly birds so cockatoos, parrots, doves, budgies etc... but neighbours have donkeys down the road which is always amusing lol
