Once a happy child, D is now almost completely emotionless due to a promise. His serene face is composed of brown, messy and spiky hair, round black eyes, a small nose and a thin mouth. D's lack of self aprecciation, common use of sarcasm and irony, are all due to the things he has endured. D also shows a lot of presumption and thinks he has experienced more than most of the people, which is the only point he really likes in himself. D might look arrogant, but in his deeper self there still remains some of the purity he once had. Physically he looks quite a bit like Neku Sakuraba, which is why the picture is his. Neku's appearance somehow inspired his design, I guess.

Samantha is a happy woman, and is D's mother. Married with James, she has long,black hair and green,almond eyes. Somehow,her face looks like Sayoko, hence the picture.

One of the head surgeons of Hope Hospital, Ryan is Max's rival, and has a much older and mature look. Hasn't took care of himself when young and know looks years older than he actually is. Ryan is an exact copy of Morgan Freeman,so you can see the reason I put his picture there.
