  • Mona

    Mona

Mona is a Seer, a very powerful one. She's had a hard time fitting in anywhere, and though Hogwarts is the closest she's ever come to it, it's still hard. Because truthfully? People don't want to know what's coming, herself included. She has no background, no last name, no chance. Even among the magically gifted, a Seer is an oddity, and though she tried to make friends at first, she found herself shunned by her peers. So from a young age, she closed herself off, and left people to their fates, no matter how gruesome. Only one person ever brought emotion through of her stony defenses: Malfoy. And he's the only one who ever cared to try. He infuriates her and his attitude never fails to get her going, but she can't deny he also amuses her and makes her smile. But unfortunately for him, more often than not her sharp tongue wounds him more than either of them expect.

  • Scorpius Malfoy

    Scorpius Malfoy

The Slytherin Prince. Like his father before him, Scorpius Malfoy has everything anybody could ever wish for: wealth, respect, and magnetic charm. He's nauseatingly self-confident - with good reason - has no problem getting the girls, and is Captain of the Quidditch team. Popular, devastatingly handsome, and more than a little intense at times, it's little wonder he gets on Mona's nerves. But there are many things she doesn't know about him; he's perceptive, wickedly intelligent, and has been hung up on Mona ever since he first laid eyes on her. Nobody really understands how he feels about the eccentric, paradoxical girl (including himself), but in his final year he finds himself doing anything to get her attention, even if it means making her angry to get it. He and Mona are the Slytherin Head Boy and Girl.

  • Victoria Palmer

    Victoria Palmer

Victoria is. . . well, Victoria. There's nobody quite like her, and she's happy that way. Bubbly, bright and vivacious, she looks and acts young and innocent. Which of course means she's anything but. She often acts the airhead, but she's very perceptive, and very on the ball. Beneath her sweet exterior is an experienced man-eater. Part of the problem is lack of challenge, which she unrepentantly will tell people. Her sense of humour is mostly limited to the dirty kind. She is unabashed, shameless, and has impeccable taste. In everything apart from men, mostly. She is very honest (sometimes too much so), and can't seem to stop herself from saying exactly what she thinks, even if she makes everyone else cringe. All the time. She's Mona's best friend, and an excellent friend she is.

  • Adam O'Sullivan

    Adam O'Sullivan

Adam's an interesting character. He's the quiet type. . . until you make him angry and he rips your head off. His Irish accent is sometimes so strong that it sounds like so much gibberish. He has very strong values, and a unique sense of honour that is rarely found in Slytherin. He looks, and acts intimidating (and certainly has the attitude to back it up), but he's very very sharp. He's good with people - predicting them, manipulating them, and in the case of girls, seducing them. He's not interested in most of the girls at school, because they seem to be so much of the same thing. No challenge there. He and Scorpius have been friends from the very first train journey, and they are close as brothers. Once loyalty is given, it is given. He makes an excellent friend. . . and a terrible enemy if you're unlucky enough.
