I love the character of Mona and how although she never let's people in, her character is developing and she's learning to trust. I'm excited to see things unfold between her and Scorpius because thanks to you I now have a crush on him!

I love the way you introduced Victoria, and her photo-casting is fantastic. Mona needs a friend who honestly doesn't give a shit. Not to say that Victoria is harsh or cold, but she doesn't care what other people think about Mona. She seems to be her own person entirely, which makes her a fantastic friend to have. I think she shows Mona that the world isn't that bad, and that it's okay to let loose. At the same time, most people don't just wake up all bubbly and accepting. So that leads me to believe that something happened to Victoria that made her a better person. I've very interested in seeing her character develop.

Meanwhile, I'm still longing for that little unexpected moment between Mona and Scorpius. Ahhh, romance.

Is it possible to be jealous of a fictional character? If so, I am. I've tried since I was 13 to get a masquerade passed at my school, and they always turn me down. There's something very romantic about the mystery of it all. Not to mention the gorgeous gowns and intricate masks. I can't wait to see how a magical masquerade goes. As always, keep writing! I look forward to the next chapter!

Aw, I missed your writing. I had been patiently waiting for an update on Rebel when I decided to skim your page for the first time in quite a while. And lo and behold, I found this little beauty. I really enjoyed the way you introduced Mona. It was very interesting to see her true beginning, so we know just enough about her roots to understand her motivation. Then we get this lovely fast forward, without which I would have felt very awkward finding Malfoy attractive at 15 (being nearly 18 myself) but now I can enjoy him properly. And how could I not with Alex Pettyfer as the mental image? It’s great that Mona sort of recognizes Malfoy fancies her, but is making the decision to ignore her own feelings for his safety. I’m very interested to see their relationship develop because I love the whole love/hate idea. When there’s that unexpected kiss or confession? Adorable. Keep writing! I adore your stories.

However, there are some things you should fix. Your summary is great, but I think it reveals a little too much, or the organization should be different. Let the summary give you an idea of what the story will be about and inspire interest, instead of telling everyone what the story is about already. Make them read the story to find out what will happen. It always comes with a better outcome. (:
