Harry, one-fifth of the boy band craze One Direction, is homesick. Trapped between doing what he loves and being in the place he loves, he finds it difficult to find the balance point. After not being home for quite a long time, he allows his feelings and thoughts to bottle up until they overflow. Rather than pouring his heart out to his band mates Harry instead attempts to write songs and confides in a friend he met before One Direction even started.

Louis, one of the singers of boy band One Direction, is finding it harder and harder to open up to the guys. His parents' rather recent divorce put a strain on his relationship with him and his parents, and also his relationship with his sisters. Usually he'd tell Liam or Harry what was on his mind, but he began to feel as though he was being a burden to them and quit confronting his feelings. He's tired of traveling and though he loves the band, he wishes that things would settle down a bit.

Adley, or Renée as her friends call her, is definitely a leader; she does her own thing and takes no crap for any of it. Renée is a hard person to get through to, once her mind is set on something she goes after it full force. Sarcasm and flirting are second nature to Renée. Befriending her is the easy part, getting her to open up is another story. After being bounced around from school to school as a child due to constant traveling done by her parents, she eventually stuck to being home schooled and graduated a few months ahead of her class. As if she hasn't done enough traveling as it is, Renée is traveling on her own to find the place where she feels she belongs with a pocket full of languages to help her along the way.
