She tries her best to work around the strict and complicated ways of her father, one of the Evaluators that holds the most power in society.

    Ben has been in love with Emma for as long as he can remember, and he only wants what is best for her and their baby. He's passionate about the things he values most, like his friends and family. He struggles to find the right solutions, and sometimes his methods don't work out. He does everything he can to please Mr. Sullivan, as well as maintain a relationship with the Evaluator's daughter.

That's why she takes it so hard when she finds out Emma is hiding the biggest news of her life from her, and feels betrayed by her best friend. Eventually, she comes around and stands by Emma like any good friend would.

    Audree Stevens is the doctor assigned to Emma's unique case, and she doesn't take it lightly. As a young and somewhat inexperienced doctor, she comes across to Ben and Emma as unreliable. Dr. Stevens wins their hearts easily after a few visits, and plays a vital part in Emma's decisions regarding her baby.
