I love the little mention of what their mum's told them at the beginning; it really just reflects how innocent we are when we're kids. We don't know what the word homophobia means, but our parents still try to protect us from it.
I love how scared Ryan was on the high school too; it's really cute to me, since I never had such a giant transition to go through. But it sounds so realistic; I mean, most schools are huge! Young Ryan is so wise though, he's the exact opposite of Brendon. In most Rydon stories I've read, it's the reverse, where Ryan is the insecure one, so I'm glad you did the little switcharoo of sorts.
And for some reason, I love that you based everything off of your real teachers and such; I'm not sure why, I just like that fact.
I really like the description of their school; it reminds me of my old one, in Kingston; it had the junior and senior wings, along with the Kindergarten one. :cute:
I love the little chemistry and sparks they have between them already, even though they're only in sixth grade so far. It's really quite cute, and it amazes me how you got this out so fast; you've seen me with PTF, I get motivated like... once a month?
Why did I not hear about this story before? You're lucky I browsed the stories one last time before bed, or I would have been very angry. grr:
Anyways; may I say I love the picture of Ryan and Brendon? It looks like it'll suit the story perfectly; I love how Ryan's looking away from Brendon. :cute:
I love the beginning scene between their father's too; I find it oddly comical, just the way they were talking. Reminds me of a sitcom; in a good way though! :D
I'm really looking forward to seeing where you take this, although I would have appreciated knowing earlier. :XD
