    I'm joking, by the way. Neither Jamia nor Frank will be the next to die. The story will be neither so corny as to have Frank name the baby after his dead wife, nor will it be so lame and let-down-ish as to have the last scene the same, essentially, as the first.

    Jamia is. She will die in childbirth and Frank will be so heartbroken he will name the baby (which, contrary to Jamia's intuition, will be a boy) Jamie. The next to die will be Frank himself. He will be shot, the final scene will be like the first, only it will not be Gerard who kills him. Then Frank will die, and the story will end.
