So, this chapter was emotional. I could feel the sadness in the locker room. Losing in the playoffs is always hard on a team. Bergy is a strong man, shoot all those guys are strong.

Did I see some forshadowing? (I think I spelled that wrong!) I think an epic chapter of sexytime is ahead.

This was the best possible thing to wake up to because a] it was fucking freezing this morning when I went to drive my mom to work. She was all "no, its not cold. you don't need a jacket." Me being an idiot, I believed her and went outside in my pajamas. WELL GUESS WHAT. IT'S MINUS FUCKING SIX DEGREES OUT AND I WENT OUTSIDE IN SHORTS AND MY BERGY JERSEY AND I WAS FUCKIN' COLD.

I just caught up with this story and I'm absolutely loving it!

Yay! An update. I loved that Amanda was there waiting for Patrice when he got home from Carolina.

Omg. I know you sent it to me before, but IN CONTEXT, this: Flipping on the light, he froze in his tracks. Passed out among his sheets and blankets, wearing nothing but one of his jerseys was Amanda. So many questions ran through his head, but he couldn’t be bothered to figure out the answers. He stripped down to his boxers and slid into the bed next to her, wrapping his arms around her. She stirred lightly in her sleep, her eyes briefly opening. She smiled up at him before she drifted into sleep again, clinging onto Patrice tightly. was even more perfect. Like, seriously. I like how he was like "fuck the questions for now, I'm going to cuddle." SO. FUCKING. PERFECT.

And omfggg, when he got all posessive, that was hot. Since they barely know eachother and she was all "Are you jealoussss?" And he was all "YES. YOU'RE ALL MINE."

Okay, so it didn't happen like that, but whatever.

OMFG ALYSSA. SO STEAMAAAY. Heh. Omfg. That was hot. Like, I thought chapters before this were all sexual tension-y, but this one is by far the best. And then Patrice had to be all "Okay, time for my questions nao."
