It sucks that Matt won't be abe to play sports anymore, but I thought that was a good thing to add in other. Laura is indeed awesome. I love her and Matt's relationship. I'm worried about Riley's rection to Matt's condition and to why he hasn't visited Matt. I think he's scared.
