I have a friend, a bassist actually, named Rhys and this story reminds me of him so much.
He's nothing like Reese, but he does have the same irresistable charm.
And yes, I may or may not have feelings for this boy ...

Um....I love you. Actually no, scratch that, I love this story. Well, I guess I could spread the love and love you, too (: But seriously, OH MY GOD. You are such an amazing writer and this story is so well put together. The way you describe things makes me feel like I can see it right in front of me. Sometimes even taste it. :P

Anyways, I want to marry Reese. I want to punch Laura because she gets Reese.

Well hello there. Every time I read about Reese I get lethargic :L and he also makes me want to do dirty things to him, but that's a given.

FAVOURITE LINE! "He just grinned even wider, and thankfully began to back away, the air moving between us and creating a cushion for my heart so that it could slow its pace."

I love that metaphor. And I know I sound like an English nerd but it's incredible,. I don't even need to say it but you're hella talented!

God, her home life is twisted. I like it though, in a sadistic way, it makes it understandable the way Laura is with Reese, and I like that she's not just falling into his arms all 'take me now' (because I certainly would be). AND GOD they were talking about sex.... hehehehehehehehe, man are you trying to make me completely love this guy?

YES, it was a VERY awkward goodbye!!!! Lemme tell you that! GAH JUST MAKE OUT ALREADY PLEASE. Oh, Laura, why did you step away? AND REESE WASN'T VERY CHIVALROUS IF HE JUST LEFT HER IN A BIG CITY AT NIGHT WHERE SHE COULD GET MUGGED EVEN THOUGH YOU "FORBADE" HER NOT TO.

Okay, awkward sex conversation. Dammit, I'm not a really good commenter and I? That's not even a word but you get my point, right?

Oh no, Laura's mum is a total bitch. I love my mummy and I know she loves me too (hehehehehehehe) and my heart always breaks when people don't have great relationships with their mothers.

So, they finally went on their 'date', huh? lol. Even though Laura probably wouldn't look at it that way. The Night Owl... I wish there really was a restaurant like that. Because I totally want to go to it. ;)
Hm... and Reese may find it strange that she likes working at Luna's, but he doesn't really know her story yet, does he? And it's nice that she's a hard-working teenager. I wish I was more like that. Maybe then I wouldn't be broke all the time. lol.
Aha, and I liked how they were openly honest with one-another. It was funny and cute. I really like how Laura admitted that she's never met anyone like him. :D

I really like the way that Laura thinks, it's just so normal. You don't really see that a lot in stories.

You know how there's that one line and you're like damn I am going to fucking fall in love with this story because this is so incredibly amazing that I am in jealous rage and awe that someone could put these words together? That it was happened. With your summary. That is how quickly you got my attention. "And hell, she didn't know if she'd be the last."

I love it. But moving on. The prologue-thing was seriously fantastic. It's so weird to think that a complete stranger now can change your life entirely and you don't even know who they are. It's exciting and terrifying at the same time. I feel like by reading this I am setting myself up for some SAD TIMES but I'm a masochist like that and I like to cry.

The college drop-out line made me smile. Wah, this makes me wish that I like in NY and there were cool coffee shops around here. Or that I could get a job at all, aha. Luna's sounds amazing though, WHY IS THERE NONE OF THIS IN CANADA? FUCK CANADA. But I think it's a cool setting, mostly because there are so many people coming and going like you mentioned that there's so much opportunity just waiting there. And seriously makes me wonder why I don't have a cool coffee shop.

Usually, I'll admit, I'm not the biggest fan of when the character in the story breaks the forth wall and addresses the main character, but this one works of me, definitely. I could seriously quote all of it, it's just simple awesome. How I'll forget the story and how it's like lightening I was just like D: why is this all so freaking beautiful?

I AM SO EXCITED. REESE WALKED IN AND LIKE WAS LIKE YES. I AM READY FOR THIS.

I love the way you describe him- even down to his walk, which would probably seem pretty insignificant but definitely tells a lot about his character. I like how you mentioned people who are into music always put it first, because really, they all sort of do. Unlike other jobs it's one of those careers that just consumes their entire like- I like how you added that in there. And when you described him playing music I was just like this is not fair, people should not be able to write like this. I hate you. :D

I like the relationship between Claire and Laura, almost like a really close mother-daughter best friend vibe going there. I like Claire, she's really bubbly and maternal and there's just something about her that always makes me smile.

It's always when someone doesn't want to date that they find the person that they will date. It's like clockworks, aha. I like how the first time they met there wasn't some big romance fest or anything, they're completely strangers and it shows, it's really realistic which I totally like.

Ah, I totally have to go but you can definitely be sure this is not the last you'll hear from me! :D

Reese is like a cool drink of water - I've never been able to use that expression before but, God, it fits him so perfectly. I love how you make him so dangerous, but so seductive too. And I can't not love Laura because she doesn't stand for any of his bull.

His friends were hilarious! Especially Jamie, NOM, man if I was in Camelot right then I would have probably swooned/fainted for it all. You're so talented, it angers me (JK we're married, your talent makes me happy :D) and don't forget that either. I'm going to kidnap you one day, watch out!

So this is size 300 as well. I think I may make this tradition as it seems to emphasise how I much I fucking. LOVE. THIS. STORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111!!!!!!!! Damn right you should be proud, and I'm proud as well for godsknowswhat reason because it's like my little Emily is growing up even though you're older than me and that doesn't make sense.

I like Laura, I usually hate ALL the main girls in stories (even in my own) but there's something so........... ugh, I dunno, but I really like her because she seems really level headed and calm and something about her reminds me of me but I know it's definitely not that she goes to work even though she doesn't have to because I'm a lazy arse.

Damn, I really like Kelly. Just how blunt she is and how she interacts with Laura. That line "You heard him sing didn't you?"

Okay, now I think I'm nothing like Laura because I would never follow a boy who plays the guitar and sings to some place called Camelot with people who do drugs. Cute or not, good singer or not, gives me jelly knees or not I would never! She's brave though, that Laura!

I want to know more of Reese!

Sometimes I forget just how amazing a writer you are, and then you go and write things like this chapter, and I realize just why I love everything you write. This was amazing. And everyone time he talked into her ear I saw this happening:



And it reminded me of Alec from The Nine Lives of Chloe King (I don't know if you watch that) but he always gets in people's personal space when he's talking to them (mostly girls). This is how I felt about the girl that forgot the name of:

Hm... so Reese took her to meet some of his friends. Interesting. Jamie seems like a flirt, and Kelly... hm, she seemed... a little sad maybe? Jealous? I'm not really sure.
I wonder what Freddie meant when he said, '"Still, you know how you leave the girls"'. Are they already trying to warn Laura?
