Okay, sorry for the comment spam but it won't let me move on from the comment swap unless I leave a substantial comment. Even if it was just a filler chapter I love the character development going on with Emily - reminds me of myself which is always interesting. I hope you continue!! (: Great work.

I love the first chapter and how short it is, and the mystery that surrounds the characters! It definitely makes me want to read more! I am deffs subbing to this!

I love it when I expect the person whose being mourned to be wonderful and pleasant, and then you introduce Rose and I dislike her because I have a friend who is her in flesh and blood. The worst part is, I know if probably react the same way to her death as Emily and Noah have. And its kind of frightening really. Because I don't like Rose at all, but I understand how and why Emily is still around her.

Death isnt a quick fix, its going to haunt you and I like how you show that in the first few chapters. It doesn't just brush the incident off to get to the story, it IS the story. And that's important. That's good.

I'm fighting a migraine, so I'm going to rec and sub to this too. I really enjoy it thus far and I'm curious to see where its going.

First things first, the layout is beautiful and the quote instead of a summary definitely draws me in (though some people might be put-off). The opening chapter is perfection--the title is spot-on and the way you write is beautiful. There are very few clues as to who Noah and Rose are to Emily at first, and I love that--I love finding things out in little tiny puzzle pieces. The fifth chapter is particularly revealing (and chilling). This is really, really, wonderful--please keep up the good work!

I found this through comment swap! Can I just say, first of all, that the title are me in immediately. Then, I saw the layout. The banner is beautiful. As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be a good story. It was beautifully written in a way to Captivate readers immediately. The word choice and mystery elements are amazing

Submitted that last comment before I was finished typing. The way you write flows in an almost poetic way. It's a very smooth read. The writing style sort of reminds me of Jodi Picoult novels or Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson; and I adore both those authors. I'm really eager to read more and find out more about Rosie. Update soon please. :)

I really like this. The sadness the characters feel is palpable and the wording you use makes the whole story come alive and draws the reader in.

wow, i really really really enjoyed this. i'm usually wary about stories involving death/suicide/depression/etc, especially online. they're usually filled with boring tropes instead of proper characters, but this is just fabulous.

i adore you're writing style, it just flows so nicely. the story just feels so beautifully heavy, and i love the capitalization of 'Grief', it's a nice detail.

When I saw the picture, mixed with the name, it slightly startled me; because when I think Rosemary, I think of Rosemary's Baby. So, to find out it was sad, not scary, was a nice suprise.

I can totally relate to that awkward feeling of when grief hits, or hoping something was just part of your imagination, not real... It's horrible, and you're good and portraying that.

I really enjoy your writing. Keep on.

This story is fantastic. I has such an eerie air looming around it. I love the way you make out Grief to be a person by capitalizing its name. I love how the reader is left with a bit of mystery not really knowing what happened to Rosie or who exactly Noah, Paige. and the speaker are. This is a great start, and I really can't wait to read more!

So, holy crap. This story is really well written! The descriptions are great and I am pulled it. The first chapter was very interesting; short and simple, yet intriguing! How Noah is reacting is definitely how I would expect a real person to react. I am subscribing and I wish for you to write more! I love this, and its originality! :)
