I'm sorry that I'm doing this annoying this commenting on old stories, but this one was really one of my favorites and I'm rereading. I really admire how you're able to make these guy-to-guy conversations not seems awkward.
I reread the last few chapters of this story and all I can't say is wow. This was a great one and it was so easy to fall in love with the characters again.
I loved your epilogue - it really made me believe in fairytales again. Ok, this fairytale had its moments of drama, but the fact that they both found their true love and that love endured through hockey, roadtrip separations and three children was a fitting end for these two characters that I really grew to care about.
I look forward to your next story - it seems to be a little spicier and edgier - which I am sure will prove very interesting.
Thanks for all your efforts - they were very much appreciated.
Granted it wasa story book ending, this storyneeded that and I believed it more because these two have been througha lot and they deserved it. I've fallen in love with the story and characters as well and sad to see them go, but I'm excited for your new stories so can't wait to see how that goes
Great ending to a great story! I have loved going along on the journey of this story and I'm kinda sad it's over too, but it was a happy ending for all of them! :) I can't wait for your new Kaner/Toews story! :) :) :)
Awww, I loved it :') What a perfect way to end a perfect story. I do have one question though. How would you feel about doing maybe a one shot of Jordan and Pheobe's wedding ? I'd love to see how they got married.
The wedding and reception were exactly what both Sid and Hannah needed. It was the perfect compromise - it respected Hannah's wishes but it allowed for Sid to express his love and adoration for his bride. I cant help but think that Hannah would have been a little wistful after the fact, if ultimately her family were not able to share in her happiness on her wedding day - they went through all the past pain with her too, so they should have been able to share in her joy! It just goes to prove, that Sid did know best!!
You captured the culmination of their "courtship" perfectly - your descriptions were clear and concise and it truly made the reader feel that they were there with the happy couple. You truly outdid your self on this one.
