So I'm guessing that Mikey raped and killed his own mother (that's what I got from that anyway) which is so fucked up but it explains a lot about him.
I really hope Mikey didn't kill Patricia.

dude this chapter confused the fuck out of me. at first i thought i somehow missed one, but then i realized that it's mikey that's confusing me. he is fucking crazy! i'm still trying to make sense of it. so his dad made him beat his mother to shut her up and he ended up killing her? and he obviously killed patricia, which means ray's on the other side of that door. don't think the whole "we don't live here anymore" idea will fly. i can just see him now bursting through the door demanding frank to say where they went. it's not gonna be pretty.

Very interesting chapter. We get to see a bit of what Mikey is thinking and how messed up by the drugs he is. So Mikey had a hand in what happened to his and Gerard's mother? I really want to know what happened. Did his father force Mikey to molest his mother then beat her when she struggled/woke up? Mikey was innocent at one point but that innocence was killed by his father. Ray is most likely at the door seeking revenge and Mikey is going to die, either by Ray's hand or from the drugs he took. I have a little sympathy in the end for Mikey because in the end he is a frightened child who had to learn how to cope, not very well but cope none the less.
When Gerard went into action after hearing those knocks give me the sense that he is not letting Ray go after Mikey without a fight, maybe get revenge for what he did to him.
You're not merciful, half the people are going to get seriously messed up, more so than they already are.

i feel like either way will have the same outcome for the ending of the story. whether or not she lives or dies, ray clearly is going to extract revenge. mikey's not living in the present anymore, so i'm pretty sure ray's gonna end up killing him. i'm not a huge fan of her's though. i'm kinda either way about her, doesn't matter personally lol.

was this what you meant when you said that mikey was capable of killing? maybe you should just let it happen.

Well this chapter was unexpected. Mikey is really far gone in his head, it seems he's past the point of no return. I kind of don't want the child to live because it will enter in the middle of all this insanity, screwing it up for life and possibly starting the circle all over again, if that makes any sense. I have a feeling that someone is going to die/ critically injured because of Ray's rage, not sure if it'll be Mikey or someone close to him trying to protect him.
True, you don't have to kill the innocent to kill the innocence, but all of the ways to kill that innocence are going to be painful both emotionally and physically; death would be merciful because you wouldn't have to live with it afterwards, but still painful for those close by. 9 chapters to go.

I think Patricia should live. But I'm not sure about the baby. Part of me wants it to live, just so you can call it Laura :3 but a bigger part of me wants the baby to die, I think it would somehow bring Ray and Patricia closer together. That's my opinion anyway! As long as Gerard and Frank are happy everyone else can die painfully xD. I don't want there to be only 9 chapters left, this makes me so sad! You should get this published or something. Obviously change the names and stuff, but I definitely think it's publishable! Love it (and you ^.^) as always. Such a brilliant writer <3

Oh my god. I was thinking that Mikey was gonna kill her or hurt her stomach so she miscarries. Jeez, I can't make decisions whether to kill someone off. I think it would be evil to kill her whilst pregnant, but if she gives birth in the story then when she's home and gets killed is also evil. Gah, don't ask me these things! But, I've always had a strange feeling that she would be killed. I don't know, the choice is yours, lovely.

I have been in physical pain! My laptop broke like 4 days ago and you know what I was thinking?! That I wasn't going to be able to read your update! But I have read it now and it made me feel all squiffy and happy inside! Frank better not die or I am gunna be one pissed mother fucker! I'm kinda sad that this will be ending in ten chapters :( but every story must come to an end, and at least you are ending it, unlike so many good fan fics out there which stay unfinished forever :(. I cannot wait to see what happens, I really can't. You know what? Patricia and Ray should have a baby girl, and her name should be Laura, because that's my name, and I am so fucking dedicated to this story that I should be in it! Okay rant over! xD

Wow. I was kinda expecting Mikey to show up but not to apologise, especially to Frank for the way he's been. And I couldn't believe Frank letting Mikey stay to recover. So yeah, I really don't know how to feel about Mikey right now. I'm glad Gerard and Frank have made up properly and Frank has moved in again. But, I also don't believe Mikey's apology, I just have a feeling he's gonna do something. He's definitely progressed worse but atleast he's offering to go to Bellevue. But, there's also a tiny side of me that says Mikey wouldn't do anything in his state right now, but I'm trying to not believe it.

Gah, 10 chapters left? Damn, too close! This is an amazing story and even though it has loads of chapters I don't want it to end though it has to like everything else. :(

Seems like a semi sweet chapter with Gerard and Frank getting back together and then Mikey apologizing to Frank. I didn't he was capable of doing that to anyone other than Gerard. Yeah Mikey seems to be getting worse, is it too late to get him help? Everyone thinks Frank is going to die because he is the only "innocent" one; everyone else has a vice that is keeping them down in a way, kill the innocence and all that is left is sin in itself left to rot and destroy one another.
The countdown has begun then, 10 chapters left. Kinda to see it end. Hope you are well.
