ugh, I really liked that chapter. Sam and Zeke's flirting was super cute. I'm glad that Zeke is becoming friends with Sam and Evan.

Aw, Sam is such a sweetie. And ha, Evan caught Zeke staring at Sam.

I really really like this. It's very realistic in an odd teenage boy in a small town way. I love that Sam and Zeke are so opposite, but no obviously and that they are cliche, but also original. Like that Zeke is small, but tanner and more attractive than Sam, and how Sam is protective, but no very muscular or strong. It's refreshing and enjoyable as well as amusing and sad. The inner conflicts of Sam with his sexuality and feeling for Zeke, as well as Zeke's inner conflct about his mother's abuse and feeling for Sam are emotional and raw, sad and funny. Plus Evan is perfectly added in there with his excitement and purity. I really think this is amazing and I can't wait to read more.

But now Sam is suspicious and, even if he believes Zeke is being bullied by school mates, he's more wary now. I seriously hope he gets his nose where he is not supposed to and finds out what's wrong with Zeke. Poor thing needs salvation.
