I have read this ever since you started posting this and I still read it again and again. This is one of my favourites and I just want to say, you did a hell of a job with this one. I mean, who doesn't love A7X, WWII and Band of Brothers. This story really does stand out with the plot, the historic detail, everything.

Hey thanks for the comment. Yes, Somerville is based on Winters. Out of the main characters O'Shea is Malarkey and Pagliaro is Guarnere.

I recognize scenes from Band of Brothers and characters as well. Somerville is based on Winters, right? I love it so far!

Comment swap keeps bringing me to Avenged Sevenfold stories and I'm finding that most of them are very well written and read like original fiction rather than a story about a band. Your story was no exception and I enjoyed reading it. You did a great job with the plot and I loved reading the descriptions of each character. The people and story came alive. Keep up the great work.

I'm so glad to get to read a complete piece! This was really good. The time travel twist is really great, and helps to hook the reader. I don't know anything about this band, but the way you portrayed the members makes them seem like really interesting and complex people. Hats off to you! The story is glorious.

woo, avenged sevenfold! i was sent here from comment swap, woo. wooo for dana slapping him in the face, he deserved that one, for sure. i'm not sure of brian's immediate hatred for her, there has to be a bit more of a reason. i've never seen people act that way without some premeditation. the sudden change though, that works. i love the whole time travel-y mystique here because it's so different and not something that i ese done in a7x fics a lot (and trust me, i read more of them than i probably should). your characterizations, though a bit funny, are nicely done and i like how you portray matt and his girl :-) keep it up with your other stories!

I can't believe I only found this story today. it is amazing. I love you're writing style-you have this uncanny way of describing details/situations/people perfectly without muddying up the paragraph with unnecessary words. it was quite refreshing. I've subscribed to your Zacky story and I'm eagerly waiting on the edge of my seat to see how his story turns out. bravo to you-you are an absolutely WONDERFUl writer!!!
