I felt like this was going way too back and forth between the two of them. one minute they hate each other and the next they're making oogly eyes. So i'm torn on that aspect. But i kept reading because it was so interesting to see them both come back after every insult they gave each other. I really can't wait to see how they keep doing that.
I think some of the things that are going on can get cleaned up and make things clearer. Like the whole formally introduction thing, i was like "Whaaa?" until i realized you were referring to them knowing each other previously but would pretend to not know each other unless introduced. The omniscient point of view is fine but sometimes the fact that the thoughts of the other people are just thrown in there gets me confused like we magically jumped from Jess to Sid to her brother to stammer. Just a thought. Other wise i really like it. -S
Those love-hate tug-o-wars...or should I say hate-love?!!
Jess has definitely crossed ever so carefully over to the Crosside - I think she is finally seeing more of Sid and less of the media hype. Although I am sure that kiss did a lot to sway her opinion of him. But I do like that she is not totally giving in at this point - gottta make a guy work for it!
I have a feeling Sid is going to have all he can handle in Jess - she certainly isnt a wallflower nor is she like the "date appropriate" girls that Sid has been set up with along the way. Jess has a mind of her own!
But the most adorable is Geno - far too cute for words!! "Girls Love"!!
Last chapter it seemed they took a few steps forward but now they seem to have taken a few steps back with this chapter. The fact that they are so hot and cold makes for an interesting story. Can't wait to see where you go next!
Wow, Jessica is pissed I love how she accepted Geno's offer if he was still in the KHL, I can imagine him being happy about that. And I hope she really doesn't get Eric to kill Sid
