Yeah I've been doing the comment swap. But I really do like it. I know how it goes though it does get difficult to write when you have so much going on. I feel the same way.

Thanks. Was this from comment swap? I'm not really writing this story currently. It's been a long time since I have written it to my full extent. It started getting hard once I started school at a university.

I really like this, it has a certain spice to it that other stories don not have. I like your main character, she is a pistol. You have a great story telling ability. I really like the whole sheet thing it was also kinda funny how the mom and daughter interacted in prologue. It's a good story. You should keep up with your writing it may take you some where some day. sorry I gotta re post this it didn't count as a comment for some reason.

I'm still in love with this story. I dont want it to go! I recommend a sequel or maybe a prequel to the whole thing. You are an incredible author and if you ever need any advice on a story or a way to right something be sure to just shoot me a message! Wow, thank you. Did you read the whole thing or just partial? And I'm definitely still writing the story. My posting has just been slow because of school and everything else. And yeah, haha, I almost forgot that I put that in there that she said she wanted her.

So I read the blog you posted about this story, and it made me really happy to see you used The Color Purple for inspiration for this story. I really enjoy it. I can't relate to Shade, not all but I fell in love with her character. Your descriptions are flawless. I can picture Shade, Jada, Lorraine and Sasha all in my head as I'm reading. I like how Shade describes Sasha as an idiot, but can also say that she wants her. I think you've done a marvelous job with your story, it's just too damn good. I hope you write more!

Shit I read anything that's good tbh, and a lot of my friends talk like Shade and Sasah haha so it just reminds me a lot of where I grew up and where I am living now. I think you actually did and I think Shade didn't like Mo. LOL. I really like Amara a lot, she's so understanding and sweet. I would love more of her culture actually.

I'm like, elated that you like my story. I guess it's mainly because I honestly want the main readers of this story (if or when I publish it) to be African American. Of course other races can read it too, but it's almost dedicated to African Americans. And I like Monroe too. That's cute that you call him Mo. He'll actually have a nickname later. I'm not sure if I posted that chapter yet or not...

Anyway, I've really learned to love Monroe. I really like Amara too. I have way more of the story written that is posted. I need to hurry and update, haha. Good thing school is settling down.

I read all these chapters yesterday and fell in love with the story! I really like how you made Monroe that guy who was white washed, it happens so much and I can say I was once like Monroe in my life that kind of happens when you move in a very white area during 9/11. I love that Monroe has started to look more into his history and is opening his eyes to the bigger picture. I like Mo(I call him Mo in my head lol) a lot.
