Wow, I've never read Harry Potter fanfiction before but this is really good! I'm also going to subscribe because I'd enjoy to read more in the future!

oh my goodness, a hp fan fiction! i haven't read one of these in like forever but i'm so looking forward to it! (wondering why there is not more comments then there should)

the summary absolutely pulled me in and i'm so looking forward into reading! let's get started!

i can not fathom the way you detail this story. just the way you describe this girl is breathtaking and she seems really beautiful. i love the line, Her blue eyes, which contained freckles of green within them. i don't know why but i think that's the line that made my heart flutter slightly. i'm falling in love with your character, you see what you did?

the banter with ron & hermione. oh my goodness, i can just hear their voices in the back of my head.

EEE. she helped harry. i was just about cheering at that. that's something i don't really see in stories at all. the main fact that people make slytherin's these downright heartless people when i don't necessarily think that way, that's just how they come off. variel is different and i really like that.

The description was enough to interest me. Conceived by a love potion and can't love? No drama can come from that. I don't usually read Harry Potter fics (the ones about Harry, I tend to lean toward the Draco ones) but I'm super excited you got me to check this one out. Everything's very well written too. You describe everything fantasically and I really can't wait to find out more about Variel. I'm definitely going to be subscribing to this. Great job!

This was amazing, it might've been one of the best HP fanfics I've read so far (and I've read a lot of them). Plus there wasn't any spelling or grammar errors that I could see and I like the concept of being conceived by a love potion. And Harry liking a Slytherin, is maybe one of my favorite kind of stories, so keep writing! And I know my mibbaween blog didn't say anything about a rec or sub but this of truly amazing!

This is really interesting! I’ve never actually read a Harry Potter fic surprisingly. I love HP, just never did. There isn’t a whole lot to go on just yet but it will be really cool to see how things work since she was conceived under a love potion. Really great concept. And your flow (is that the right word?) is nicely done and no spelling or grammar mistakes that I could see. I really like it! :D

I am a fan of the movies and books but never really got into the fan fiction side of it :)

I plan on commenting for my candy bowl on your other fic as well, but this one just grabbed my attention so much with your summary! Well done! I'm really intrigued by where you plan on taking this. This era of the HP story is my favorite and I'll do just about anything to see Harry end up with someone but Ginny (she kind of annoys me, please don't judge me!). I think you're going to do great with this - please update soon! I must know more about our heroine and hero!

I am so disappointed by the lack of chapters in t his! Like WHY IS THERE NO NEXT CHAPTER BUTTON! I do not understand why someone has not used this idea already. I mean all of us Harry Potter nerds know that Voldemort is incapable of love, so why didn't anyone else write about someone else who was also in those shoes. And then, you being the angel that you are, sent me this story and I am forever bowing down to you for it.

I think this is going to be rather clever. Falling in love with someone who could never truly love you back. Oh, my heart is fluttering. Don't lose sight of this, keep going! You've got a brilliant idea here.

Squee! That's the noise I made when I saw the summary. I am a huge Harry Potter nerd, like omfg, gurl, you don't even know. The summary was simple but drew me in. Is this just a one-shot or do you plan on writing more? I like Variel's character. And I really, really, really hope you write more to this. c:
