I called her Red. And that was her name. Because I wanted to paint the snow in her blood.
You already have me right there! I'm sure the rest just gets better ;)

  • Jesus Christ, the wolf is more corrupt than I thought he was in the first place. Seriously I was blown away with his malice, I'm starting to be doubtful of how exactly he could reach any kind of virtue with the way he's behaving. I have to give props to Red to be honest, she's holding up pretty well being with him. I think by now I would have shat my dacks with how eerie he is, but Red seems to be as interested with him as he is with her.

"With a hard yank, his spine was torn from his body, a bloodied snake ripping itself free of its skin."

Oh that gave me shivers. I can imagine it so well with the words you used, which is horrible and terrifying, but proves how amazing the writing really is. It's just haunting. I'm wondering who that man was exactly, I hope that you delve further into explaining Red's relationship with him and what not. Not only that, but I'm curious to how the Wolf came to be this way and whether he has some kind of dark past as well. Update soon please! I'm dying to read more!

I'm loving your comments! I definitely wanted that exact reaction! You expect some epic love story to pop out of nowhere but the wolf surprises you!

    @ NeonAbyss
This is definitely a fun one to write! I've never written in a male perspective, nor have I had to write a short, fast piece. At the moment I don't even know what is going to happen! Keep commenting! I love thoughts!

  • The layout is adorable and the story is marvelous. I love how he acts towards her but in a metaphoric type way he is being taunted by her smell, voice and face. I definitely hope there's more!

  • The little knitted heart is quite cute, I wonder who did it for her? I'm thinking a relative (grandma comes to mind of course), but every paragraph I'm implored to remind myself that this isn't your average fairy tale. The wolf actually surprised me a little bit in this chapter. Towards the beginning, he and Red seem to be pretty comfortable with each other. He seems to have his anger dulled down the slightest bit and you forget for that brief moment that he is a predator. Until the part where he actually enjoys seeing her in pain. That just caught me off guard, their relationship is a strange one, and I'm uncertain of how it could grow for the better with his immense cruelty. So I take it that Red's real name is Alice? It's perfect. Both names are fun to say out loud. That brings me to wonder if the wolf has a real name too. I'm enjoying the fantastic read so please update ASAP, I have no idea what to expect! (:

  • Wow this is incredible, the writing is like poetry. Every single word that should have been used painted a delicious imprint in my mind. I'm glad you decided to put the point of view in the wolf's by the way, usually I see authors who write from female characters simply because its easier to identify with. Obviously the wolf is somebody that nobody could really identify with, yet you've written him so beautifully. It added a tainted sense of sin that makes me completely guessing at where this story will go. Spiralling into darkness or redeeming his own virtue. At this point I don't have any idea, nor do I have any idea about what type of relationship theirs' will be. So far I'm sort of thinking he'll use his corrupted ways to protect her, and he doesn't even know why himself. But I like that. Update soon! I read through those chapters so fast!
