Scheisse. This story, this god dam story. I read it in one sitting and oh, my god. This was amazing, absolutely amazing.
I love the rawness, I love that everyone has a seperate story and it's all so in depth. I love Danny, so so much. And Tanner, oh man. I see a lot of myself in Danny (despite the criminal part, obviously), everything from the sudden anger and mood changes right down to the way she feels about Tanner. Having a younger sister, I know all too well how protective you can get.
And I loved the bro moment between Zee and Matt, it made me smile. And Uncle Ray reminds me of my uncle, who's pretty much my hero. It's just, I dunno man. This entire thing was emotional and elegant and raw.
I honestly couldn't choose which story I like better, between this one and Tough. Which brings me to another point; you're a fantastic author. I absolutely love the way you go about things, and the way you word everything and how complex your characters and plots are. Dude, you're pretty damn amazing, not even gonna lie.
Anyways, I hope you update soon! I'll start having withdrawls otherwise. ;D

Such a cute chapter! But man, it's going to be so much harder for Danny to go back a second time after actually getting to be with Uncle Ray, Ash, and Tanner. =/ That little boy broke my heart when he said he wanted her to come home.

Okay, so this is random, but one of my band guy friends was M. Shadows for Halloween and I just have to share because he looked SO good! (The other guy was Lil Wayne.)

OMG! I'm sooooo happy! There were too many things to list in this chapter that made me smile...the best one being Shads thinking to himself "Time to see my girl." Gah, he and Danny are perfect together. Love love love! =)
