I can't imagine what it's like to have once been 'at one with the sea' and then not even have the ability to swim...I'm not making sense. Anyway, I'm glad you touched upon that.

Ha and I love that Killian saved her and still hit on her! I just adore his character and that you do so damn well staying true to him.

Gah, I think I like him calling her sweetheart instead of lass a lot better. Dude you do so well with Killian, it like angers me lmfao. You actually really make me want to write my own Hook/Ariel story but set in the once upon a time world or Neverland. Gaaaah. I love this.

Ok, one question, did he follow her there? Lol. I think he might be a little infatuated with her. I love this story and I love Once Upon a Time. Please update soon!! I'd love to read more. =)

So I love this story. I only have two complaints. After chapter three things seemed to go by way too fast. Or whatever the chapter was where he gets hit by the car and then she's like oH I'LL GO ON HIS SHIP. I feel like there wasn't enough to her character leading up to her having a plausible excuse to go on the ship. We all know Ariel likes to explore shit but I think throughout those introductory chapters you could've better hinted at that. Then my other complaint is I feel like Killian is calling her 'lass' every other sentence. You could either not call her 'lass' or give her a different nickname now and again. Otherwise it gets a little repetitive.

BUT. I love this, I think you're doing marvelous at portraying Hook and personally I like teh little twist you have to Ariel going here.

I'm ashamed to say I'm only just getting around to reading this story, though I've been planning to for a while now.

I feel a bit lame commenting on the layout, so I'll just say that's it's perfect (because it is) and move on.

I loved Ariel and Hook's first meeting. It was different from the way a lot of stories start and I really liked the fact they weren't just completely mesmerized by one another straight away, but still there's something there, even though their minds are on important matters.
I wasn't expecting things to switch focus from Hook to Ariel, but it was such a lovely change.
They're both so intriguing! Hook's bent on his revenge and Ariel's plagued by nightmares.

I wish I had something of use to say.
Anyway, I've fallen in love with this story :) I personally think it's harder to write good 'fanfiction' then original fiction, because to do a half-way decent job you have to keep in tone with characters people already know. You've done a fantastic job with this, and yes, it is flowing wonderfully :)

I haven't even read the first chapter and I already love this! I freaking love the show 'Once Upon a Time" and I'm just super jazzed that I found this story. Hook is perfection.

All I have to say, even though I haven't seen Once Upon a Time in ages, i still love the characters, Ariel and Hook and i can't wait to read this story. :) The summary is a real hook, line, and sinker, pun intended. :)
