I know it's been 2 years, but u should definitely update this. This story is so good it could be published or become a movie.

Candy bowl! I read to chapter 9, but I figured you'd want a comment sooner rather than later. I love this!! It's so cleverly written and so strange! In a very good way! Like paranormal, which I love by the way! I think Marie is adorable, kind and sweet. Twitch is rugged, sexy and dangerous. That makes for an interesting story! You've reeled me in with your plot and likable characters. Honestly this is really good!

I'm glad I read this! You said in your comment on my candy bowl that this wasn't something you were happy with, but I think you should be proud of it. It's a great story and I feel like this could be published for real! It reminds me of Twilight in a way, which is not an insult, trust me! I loved Twilight! Hopefully you understand what I'm saying.

I enjoyed reading this and I hope you write more like this. Also, I hope you become a successful author if that is your dream. You have the stuff that makes great writers!!

Oh my God, this update was perrrrfect. AND you had a visual at the end. This was, ugh, the feels.

I'm probably the worse person ever. Scratch that. I am the worse person ever. I'm really sorry it took me this long to comment. It's ridiculous.

Anyhow, *rubs hands together* let's do this. Onto my comment for le comment swap.

So, I did take the liberty of reading the prequel because well...it was just sittin' there waiting to be read. And so I did.

At first, and I'll be honest, I was a little bit creeped out due to Twitch's interaction with Marie. At first it felt really pedo-ish. But he's not a pedo, yay.

I'd say his attraction or better yet his affections for Marie matured along with her. I guess you could say it's complicated.

Like, he obviously loves her. And even with that therein lies his conflict. Like, he loves her, but he knows he shouldn't, and doesn't completely understand why he does. And then he's not so sure whether he just loves her, or is in love with her.

It's like the ultimate internal conflict, it's just great.

Fast forwarding a bit here, I think it was like, chapter 8, yeah chapter 8. Where Twitch is showin' off his clairvoyance skills with the girls, I just love it. It's so sexy. Like yes. Unf. Bring that sexy back, Twitch.

I really adore his brother, Mercury. Like, it feels as though they've been through quite a bit and have hit rough patches before but they still love each other and care.

Side-note, I really do like how you used poisons as their names. It means you did your research and that's very admirable to me.

My comment is all over the place because there's just so much I can say about this.

Like, Father Terrence, he's absolutely the sweetest thing. It's so nice.

Like, I truly did feel for Marie as far as Twitch leaving. Even though the two of them weren't intimate in that way, when Twitch left it was as if he was breaking up with her. And that just completely destroyed her. It crushed her.

Twitch was basically the only person who she connected with on a daily basis, and when he left, she truly felt alone. Even though she had people within her family right there to help her. She was just so infatuated with Twitch she failed to see it, and ignored it.

You almost get a Twilight-like feeling from this. And no offense, because I LOVE Twilight. But I use this as a comparison because in Twilight when Edward leaves Bella to protect her from being hurt, it has the opposite effect. With each day passing by she slowly dies.

And then there's poor Twitch. Even with drugs he can't even numb the pain of remembering Marie and has to live with it day by day, and then year by year.

It's sort of like...a star crossed lovers sort of thing. I dunno. I'm rambling like I said.

Like, Twitch and Marie in no logical way should be together. It's so destructive. But, there love for each other just keeps them wanting one another even more. Despite all the troubles.

Ugh. I just love this. That's all I can sum it up to. Ilovethis.

I like it, too. He's one of the best characters to write! I'm already halfway done with the next chapter. I'm really thinking shortening the chapters is the best decision I've made yet!
