I think he's not upset with her just disappointed. He's tried to prove to her how interested he is, but she kind of undermines it sometimes especially with that comment. I don't think she was trying to insult at all obviously she was more curious (especially because she's trying so hard to be interesting for him. She's amazed that he would be interested in her.) <-- I hope that was english lol :/
Good chapter, these things do need to come out in the beginning of a relationship, especially as young as they are since they are bound to be insecure about somethings.

Not going to lie, I chuckled at the last bit with the eyeball, because I have to admit that I've actually done that a few times, not realizing how close it was to my face and all of that jazz hahaha

In any case, Sarah is kind of embarrassing, but she has every right to be. Girl, I wouldn't know what to do with myself if any of that happened and I was with my father. It was hard enough going through that stuff with my mother because she likes to tell the whole world about everything haha. In any case, I admire her....bravery?....I guess is the right world. I wouldn't have been able to muster up the courage to ask for stuff like that.

Gah, he's leaving in August.....makes me sad, but you go girl, doing those things for yourself. :P

Anyway, I should probably get going. But, anyway, wonderful chapter as always you equally as wonderful creature ^_^

Yea we've definitely been there, trying to figure out what to do to be mature and look like all of the other girls around us. Especially at this age, it's such a time of transition.

*whimpers* God, they are so cute, and I just love it so much. I shouldn't be reading at all because I have so much work to do this week.....but, I saw that you updated, and my mind wouldn't stop nagging me until I read it, and here I am.....just gushing over the adorable sweetness. I just love, love, love it. I can never get enough of it haha. It makes my heart swell with feels because of how cute it is. And the rules?! Girl, that was so cute and funny at the same time, because it only reminds me of how young they are, yet how mature they are as well. I am kind of sad about the whole deadline of the relationship, and when I say sad, I mean that I feel how Sarah must feel. Like that pit in your stomach, knowing that good things like that won't last, but yet still having hope that it will despite all odds. haha Anyway, thanks for putting a smile on my face. I always love to read things from you for that purpose. Your characters always stir some kind of feelings in me, and I can never explain it haha. Sarah is me...like...a younger version of me, which I didn't expect, but a version of me nonetheless......just...the awkward and the everything hahahahaha. I loved the cuteness ^_^ You are wonderful...I think I've said this before. Well, I had some time, while I ate breakfast, to read. And, this made my terrible morning a whole lot better, love. So, thank you. I absolutely love love love this story.
