Sorry I thought I mentioned it the MD/ PHD differences.

I'll fix my grammar and punctuation mistakes right now. Thanks for taking the time to read the chapter though.

Please, please put more punctuation and actual paragraphs and paragraph breaks in. The lack of punctuation and formatting is making this hard to read. This whole chapter 4 has like 11 periods. Starting a new line of text does not make up for lack of punctuation.

Also, physicians have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, not a PhD. a PhD makes one a doctor of philosophy in a particular field but never a medical doctor. Medical doctors with PhDs have to both graduate from medical school, pass the requisite tests, and go through a PhD program.
