Hi! Thank you for your comment, and the advice. I'll have to go back and look at the first mention of Jazz. Haha, I'm really glad the 8 year old thing turned out to make more sense in the end. I hope you'll keep reading

Your comment made me smile. I seriously have an old teddy bear that wears my black fedora sitting on my desk. My great grandmother gave it to me a few years before she passed away, and I had to put it in the closet after we initially wrote this chapter.

Oh my god, so I totally read that she was turning 18 instead of 8 and throughout this entire chapter I was so freaking confused as to why she was acting like she nine. Then I went back and reread and now it makes sense. ::face palm:

ANYWAY. I really like the way this is written. Children with mental problems are something I've never read before normally it's teenagers or what not but it really is very well written. The only thing that confused me was the first mention of the cat's name. When you say 'with Jazz in tow' I had zero clue who the hell Jazz was. So when you first mention the cat you might want to mention her name. Otherwise great job. :)

Your layout is beautiful

Anyway, I love this! It's so creepy and I'm a sucker for creepy stories, especially mental asylum ones :3 I'm still debating whether or the not the bear was really talking or Mackenzie imagined it, meanings she's crazy. I guess I'll have to wait and see ^_^

I'm subscribing! This is really and intriguing and I'm interested to see what your other three characters are like :D

BTW I may never be able to look at teddy bears the same way again and I have a shelf full of them.

The fact that Willow is a bear is what is most creepy, and telling Mac to kill the cat? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I may never look at bears the same again. I'm anxiously awaiting the next update
