I'm so late to comment on this I'm sorry! but damn Marsha's mom needs to COOL IT. you're soooo right about the Meryl Streep thing omg. that would totally be her. I really hope she's not foreshadowing something bad happening I mean Pete did already leave her once, but he would never do that again, right? ...RIGHT

on another note, I love their cute little moment at the end, just goofing around before they fall asleep. pleeeease have them get married I will DIE <3

Her mom is horrible! I think that it's interesting that you thought she had a point. When I was writing that I was pro-Pete because he said he'd never leave Marsha again, but I love how you're just the slightest bit skeptical, it makes this all the more entertaining!

Oh god marshas mom is horrible, but she has a point, given Pete's past. I don't mean she's right about her career, because when it comes to you wanting your child, not just for the sake of just having a child, your career comes last. So, I hope Pete sticks around. I don't know what to make of his sudden need to get married, maybe her mom is getting to him...

Have I told you how much I love this?? Pete & Marsha are so adorable! I love all of your stuff, but this Pete has a special place in my heart :)

dude, fluff is no problem. I was all warm and fuzzy inside reading this whole chapter, I'm so happy for them! they're gonna be even cuter as parents aww :') that doctor though, god. she better not condescend them at the next appointment.

I know that part between Patrick was so special, I'm so glad I left it in! Ugh I agree, Meagan's so good with Bronx and I want to see baby Saint grow up too omg the entire Wentz family is too perf.

We'll see what happens! And I have, like, ten zillion, haha. I have this one and its prequel, my new Pete story, a different Pete story, ANOTHER different Pete story, and 5 Patrick Stump stories. Fuck, when I write it all out it looks like I have a story starting problem...which I definitely do.

OMG I LOVE THAT YOU REFERENCED THE FUSE HOUSE TOUR BECAUSE I REFERRED BACK TO THAT TO WRITE THIS. ARE WE TWINS? I needed a refresher on how his room looked, haha. And the part about having kids is close to me too because my mom had trouble having kids and one of the girls I'm close with at work was supposed to have trouble having kids (she popped out a baby 9 months after her honeymoon but that's a different story haha). So I'm afraid I won't be able I have kids or I'll have trouble because I'm not sure what my mom's medical history was like because I didn't grow up with her in my life. I'm glad this was close to you too. I'm so glad you like my story that's a big compliment from someone as talented as yourself, so thank you so much.

oh my god so I went to go read the latest chapter and realized that I never read the one before it. (at least I don't think I did?)

;__; anyway I loved the conversation with Bronx, Marsha is such a sweetheart. and her and Pete are so sweet together it makes me want to cry. I'm so glad he's supportive of her and wants to be with her no matter what. I feel really emotional after reading that because I can relate after having a lot of health problems and being worried that my boyfriend won't want to be with me and have kids with me because of it. you are such a talented writer (and not just because that chapter hit close to home, I promise)

as for the newest chapter, I just wanna say I love seeing Patrick so close with her, I don't know why, it just makes my heart swell. (something about being best friends with your significant other's best friends, I just love, idk??) and Pete as a mama's boy omggg I can sooo see it. I love the fact that his mom is listening to fob in the car because I remember watching that video tour of Pete's house from like 2006 and his mom said something about how she liked to listen to TTTYG on her way to work or something. oh and Pete awkwardly asking Marsha to move in was so cute omg, he sounded like a nervous teenager asking her out on a date. I just love them to pieces and I know I've said this before but this is honest to god one of my favorite Pete fics on here. Pete and Marsha are just perfect <333
