@ jfong1130 - I have such a soft spot for Chicago even though the Pens are my team. Part of me wants to write a Kane fic, but I've read a couple and feel like I couldn't do much better.

@ H_DIZZLE - When I went into this fic, I wanted to explore what would happen if your career and your potential love life weren't compatible. Or at least you think they aren't compatible. The question of whether it's worth it to sideline what independent woman are told never to sideline in order to make a relationship work. Hopefully that will come across well in the chapters to come. I'm not familiar with either of the guys you mentioned, so I'm off to research them. Basically, this means searching YouTube and oogling them

I'm a new reader as of yesterday and I've just got to say I adore this. The fact that it's about a player that doesn't get a lot of love in the fanfic world just make me love it even more. So far the plot is fresh and not some recycled Have you ever heard of Nathan Beaulieu, or David Desharnais? I'm. It sure if I spelt their names right but they're Habs players. They're definitely players who get no love.

For a new Fic maybe Jamie Benn, there are barely any story's about him. Or Jamie's new teammate Jason Demers, just got traded from San Jose total cutie with a great sense of humor. You could work the new place, new faces thing.
