Crash Into Me - Comments

I am ecstatic to be re-reading this story. I can't say I remember everything about the old, but the name of this story woke something inside of me. It tugged at my heart. Because, I remember the name of this story and I remember how much I loved it. I may not remember anything right now, but when I saw the name of this story, it was just like instinct. I just remember how much I loved this, if any of this is making sense. Just seeing this, just made my whole night. I am so excited for this. Anyways, to move forward of my babbling; I am so sorry for what you have gone through. I can't really BEGIN to imagine how rough that year was for you. I relate just a little to losing my favorite uncle to cardiac arrest years ago. I still ache to this very day about it. He was so young. So, I can say that I imagine that this chapter must have been very hard for you to write. I can tell how much of your feelings relate to this chapter. What you went through. You are an inspiration. You are so strong and I admire you. It's hard to bounce back after a terrible year like that. Just know, I am here for you if you ever need a friend. This re-write is going to shine. I can tell. The way you're pouring your feelings into this, adding the appropriate amount of detail, this story is one that all of us fans will remember for a lifetime. I am excited to read what you bring to the table. Welcome back and we can't wait for more :)

I've seen all the versions of this story thus far and each one has been well written but this was perfect you can feel the turmoil of the survivor's guilt. It is very well done. :) I cannot wait for more.

Oh. My. GOD!!

So first of all, when I got the notification that this had been updated, I was so confused. Obviously, the first story I thought of was yours, but I wasn't sure if you had actually started the re-write, and then I tried to remember if I was subscribed to a different story with the same title. But when I realized that yep, you started the re-write to one of my favorite stories -- not just by you but in general -- I darn near squealed. I literally couldn't wait to read it and now I'm telling you, it was absolutely worth the wait. This first chapter was written amazingly, and was heartbreaking. The way you opened up the chapter is just the perfect way to draw the reader in. I love it so much and can not wait for the rest! You know how much I loved the first Crash Into Me, so I'm super pumped for this re-write, I know it's going to be just as amazing -- if not better.
