I'm laughing so hard at Jack in this chapter. The sweatpants thing and the way they fell asleep...I love how detailed this story is. You're seriously a great writer. Can't wait for the next chapter!

I FINALLY got to catch up with this chapter and it's so cute. ): I'm feeling bad for Dave now cos I mean... it is weird. I'm actually giving him some kudos cos if Jack was my boyfriend and he was suddenly all involved with his ex's problems, new baby, and inviting him to literally live in his house... I'd probably kill him.

I'm nervous now that it's got them in college in the flashbacks now though. Creeping ever closer to what I'm sure will be an extremely painful break-up. :') I feel like Alex seems to be coming into his own a little more at college though and it's sweet; where did it all go wrong, hahahaha. Now he has a kid. What a dummy.

Lmao the present time is amazing! As for their past...I still don't get what happened exactly...it's like, it seems Alex is at fault for everything, but when I read about their past it always feels as if Jack will be the one to end things? I'm so confused lol Can't wait for the next chapter!!!

THIS CHAPTER. I'M ACTUALLY SHOOK. I was really dithering between thinking Alex might just take off back to Baltimore or to his parents' without telling Jack OR Jack offering up something stupid like that... and he did... He Really Did That. Kinda wanna shake him and tell him he's a damn fool but it's kinda super cute that he's still so attached to Alex after everything. All the unsaid things between them are killinggggg me. Like there's so much they should be saying but just... aren't. I know it's awkward but SPEAK TO EACH OTHER.

I loved John's little appearance in this chapter but omg Alex is literally the worst friend ever. I probably would've called the police or something to send out a search party for him by now what an idiot but I feel like him physically avoiding all his issues like that pretty much sums up my entire life so I can't speak too badly of him.

And before I talk for another seven paragraphs, the flashback was super fucking cute. Alex being so happy with himself was adorable.

You're welcome! I could honestly ramble for hours when I leave comments, that's me usually trying to dumb it down, hahaha. I'm making a really conscious effort to keep up with this fic because I always fall out of the habit and I don't finish them even when I really enjoy them (ie. The Devil Wears Prada, Perfect Game, Sleeping With Giants, probably more...) and I get really frustrated with myself, SO I REALLY WANNA KEEP UP WITH THIS ONE. I'm planning to go back and read the ones I never finished as well. :')
