If you want Max to really get in trouble with his parents, have them fall asleep in the alley and have some police arrest them in the moring for being homeless and sleeping in an alley. :P Actually, that might get Jackie in trouble too...

It's actually kind of an "aww" moment.... except that poor Max has got a broken face, and they just got mugged and are stuck in an alley....
lol I guess it's not really that cute, but they finally got back together

I love how Charlie came into this. That was a very suitable façon alléatoire for Charlie to come into the story. It was sorta like «BAM! Charlie's here!», and Jackie had no prior warning.
