Amelia Valencia Andraea Delaney is the youngest princess of Sybilia or also called the Ice Princess. However this young woman recently learned that she was bethrothed to some pompous, rich man named Matthew Charles Sanders. She retaliated by changing her appearance, running away, set to take a beak from being a princess and live a semi normal life that her American father had before he married her mother. What happens though when she falls in love?
