Girl Getting Bitter is a story that came to me while watching the music video for 'Coin Operated Boy' by the Dresden Dolls.
Girl Getting Bitter is a story of a young female model, fresh out of high school. Anastasie is a French girl who is looking for work in the fashion industry despite her blank resume. She meets a middle-aged photographer with an eye for beauty while taking a walk and he hires Anastasie to be his new model. Charlot, and his aspiring-actor friend, Fabrice, plan to turn Anastasie into a star even as the young girl struggles with the works of being a model.
