The Bachelor: Royal Edition

I frantically ran around the house, searching for the perfect outfit, this day would make or break my love life since I had long decided that if this didn’t work, nothing would. I was doing something that
would put me out there, put my heart on the line. It had to work.

“How about this?” I asked my roommate and so called best friend Lilly as I walked out of my room
wearing a busty dress, something she had lent me.

“Too slutty” Lilly said.

“It’s yours” I bit back, frustration running through me, I had to be at the manor in less than an hour.

“Yes, and I pull of slutty, you don’t, what type of character do you want to be on this thing?” Lilly
asked.

I frowned, I hadn’t thought of that, when I applied to be on the show I just applied as me, I’d have to
go with myself on this one “I want to be myself” I said slowly.

“No one on these shows are themselves, being yourself will get you nowhere, you’re trying to win
the heart of a prince remember” Lilly sounded.

“Remind me why the hell I’m doing this again?” I groaned, turning and running back into my room to pick out the fifteenth outfit of the morning.

This was insane, I wasn’t cut out for this, I’d watch these types of shows and laugh my ass off, and no I was going to be part of it, I don’t know how the hell Lilly convinced me to apply, as soon as she had seen the add for this she showed me and forced me into it.

I’m pulling out.

There is no way I’m going on the bachelor.
