Velvet Bucket is obsessed with chocolate and the local chocolate factory that is in her town. She's obsessed even with the mysterious chocolatier. She's never even seen him!
Willy Wonka announces that there are 5 golden tickets hidden in chocolate bars all around the world for children to find. Who will find these tickets? Will Charlie have a chance of finding one? And who will go to the factory with Charlie when he finds one? Certainly not Grandpa Joe. What will happen when Velvet and Charlie go to the factory? Well they are in for one surprise!
