Gabe Saporta is popular. He's got friends, cool clothes and killer dance moves. But his life isn't as perfect as it seems. His parents fight constantly, and he's having major troubles in school.
When his school's guidance counselor gives him the choice of summer school or tutoring to bring his grades up, he chooses tutoring. He has no idea that the person he meets through doing this, Jenny Parson, will bring upon one of the the biggest changes of his life.
