Evelyn "Candy" Williams is one of Gotham's less famous, but still extremely feared criminals. Well, actually only Gotham's rich and elite have to fear her. She only preys on the type of people that turned their backs on her as a child because she wasn't pretty enough, proper enough, or perfect enough for them. Now that's she has grown older, wiser, and extremely skilled with a knife she's making her way through Gotham, butchering the most wealthiest, prettiest, most perfect citizens.

What happens when she suddenly gets caught in the act of murder and is sent to the county jail where the infamous Joker is being held?
