Panik Is No More

Panik Is No More Above the drum beats of Juri, the low bass strumming of Linke, the soft-sounding piano and powerful guitar of David, and the scratchings from Jan's turntable, the smoothly-sung vocals of Franky and the quick words of Timo's rapping verified a website's claim of Panik being 'Germany's Linkin Park'.

The six young men had been through so much during their time as a band. Not only did the record company never gave them so much as a penny from their album sales, but the group was even forced to stay in the studio, sleeping on the floor and recording. In 2007, the band announced their changing of companies and name, from Nevada Tan to Panik.

On the band's MySpace on November 11, a blog was posted, in German with an English translation, announcing that the band would be splitting up, as "it's been a long struggle, an exhausting way, and a part of the band doesn't have the energy to walk this way anymore". According to the same blog, their tour this coming December will be their last in Germany.
