Robert Pattinson Has Been Cast For Twilight

The moment has finally arrived. Edward Cullen has now been cast in Twilight. Robert Pattinson will be Edward. Summit Entertainment announced this on December 11th.

Erik Feig, Summit Entertainment’s President of Production, stated,

“It's always a challenge to find the right actor for a part that has lived so vividly in the imaginations of readers but we took the responsibility seriously and are confident, with Rob Pattinson, that we have found the perfect Edward for our Bella in Twilight.”

Robert Pattinson is an English actor and model and his most memorable role is of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire.

He has also starred in:

• The Bad Mother's Handbook (2007) (TV) alongside Catherine Tate
• The Haunted Airman (2006) (TV) as Toby Jugg
• Ring of the Nibelungs (2004) (mini series)
• Vanity Fair (2004)

And will be starring in:

• Little Ashes
• How to Be
• The Summer House
