Obviously this happened like, last month, but this is the first time I heard of it.
And it's dissapointing/shocking.
If he brought weapons, though, he should serve a couple years atleast.
He may not have killed the guy, but the very fact that he brought weapons
means he probably was going to lay some punches.
-Shrugs-.
Just a thought.

i love him too much to say anything negative.. xD
i dont know enough about exactly what happened to pass comment, i dont think any of us do, i'm just dissapointed in how ETF fans are handling ronnies leaving and craigs arrival. ETF aren't exactly being nice about it either - 'fuck you, we dont care what you think, Craig's fuckin' legend and we love him' - not exactly nice to the fans is it?
here's my solution :)
ronnie gets back in ETF, and leme just check, he's under house arrest, right?
If so, they do gigs at Ronnie's place for however long, and if not then viola :) my second favourite band back together again xD
xx

You do realize that the guy is a jackass heroin addict that no one can stand? He's not some innocent little bystander that you're making him out to be. Even his band hated him and I pity them for having to put up with him for so long.

He CAUSED the fight that lead to the death of the man. So in some ways it is in fact his fault that the victim died.

I think Ronnie should have been forced to go to anger management- but jail?
I dont think so.
He didn't kill the guy personally, im sure he felt like it though.
I dont think he should be in jail.

My friend Alex met him at warped tour and described him as a sweet guy.

I don't know him, but i say he's innocent.
They said he didn't touch him, so if he didn't, really, then he should be free

By the way, that's the first picture i saw of him, he's hot

Ronnie didn't shoot him..... end of story! He was there, but just because I'm in church doesn't mean that I celebrate mass. He is a victum of circumstances. He made a mistake by going there, he made a mistake by brininging a weapon but mistakes aren't reason to go to jail.

I've never listened to Escape The Fate or even heard of Ronnie Radke until this whole issue started. And I'm totally in support of him being innocent.

Come on, did he actually kill the guy? Is he the one responsible for the guy's heart stopping it's beat? NO. Let Ronnie go free and get the idiot that actually did kill him.

um....
I read the artical posted on some state websight. and the family IS SUEING HIM! or is going to try. HE DID NOT KILL THAT GUY! AND WHO'S TO SAY (like someone has already said) THAT HE WASN'T BLACK MAILD/THREATEND! AND HE ISN'T THE ONE WHO BROUGHT THE GUN AND SHOT THE GUY!!!!!!!! THUS KILLING HIM!
and from what I heard from 'rumors' just so you get that word that the guy was his friend.
and HAD THE GUY NOT BROUGHT THE GUN IT WAS SAID THAT RONNIE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED AND THE WHOLE CONFLIFT TURNED TO WHERE EVERYONE WAS DEAD!
and the parents are sueing him/ and or trying to get him more punnishment. WHILE THE GUY WHO KILLED THERE SUN OR RELEATIVE GETS HIS SENTENCE AND WILL BE OUT OF JAIL IN WHAT 1 OR 2 YEARS!
if you ask me there just going to sue him for his money. sad.

anyways NO I DO NOT THINK HE IS A MONSTER! he is a human being and everyone makes mistakes! his was just more severe! and it shocked me at first untill I heard the whole side of the story from reports that were made on some weird news sights.

He doesn't deserve it. He supplied a weapon, but how do we know he wasn't black mailed into bringing said weapon? Like they say, there's two sides to every story, even if one remains forever untold.

Honestly, Ronnie Radke definetly deserved it.
Okay, he's not a murderer, but he's not innocent either. He deserves to be put in jail for a while because he was still there and, as far as anyone knows, he made no move to stop it. Plus, can't you get put away for having brass knuckles in general? I heard you could -- so, that is a just reason.

Its not like its a life sentence or anything.

I think Ronnie was amazing at so many aspects of his short period of fame. Yes, he is a monster for being there and not calling that police but no, he's not a bad guy. To kill someone over a girl is pathetic. Ronnie needs to serve his time and get his head straight but I hope he can be in ETF some day again [which I doubt] or be in a new band.

I think it only matters if there was an intention to kill the guy.

I don't see why they would get that upset over a girl.....
I mean murder over a girl....that is alittle drastic.
But I don't understand how Ronnie can get five years for bringing brass knuckles.
He wasn't the one who pulled the trigger.

Yeah, I am serious. He never actually participated in the fight so you can't say he's the murderer. Like I said before, you've got to think if he had tried to call the cops or leave to get help for the two guys that had been murdered, he COULD have been murdered. It's a valid point.

Then, where would we be? The victim's family would be all "I'm so sorry!" to Radke's family and we all know that. It's the way the world works. The victim's family just wants more money, and because Ronnie is famous he does have the money to give, I believe.

You can't ignore the simple fact of, he could have been a victim, too.

Hang on, hang on. . are you all serious? He was in a fight (as in he participated), in which he brought BRASS KNUCKLES and used them. . .in the fight.
Just to straighten things out here, that on its own is an offence. Anyone who instigates fights with weapons deserves to go to gaol anyway. To be honest 5 years isn't that much for attempted murder, especially considering that in the USA murder carries the death penalty in some states.

Ronnie Radke is obviously a messed up person, and whether or not he is a "monster" depends on your own definition of the word.
