I personally find serial killers absolutely fascinating. Somewhat disturbing at times, but fascinating nonetheless. It's obvious that they're incredibly smart people, just not neccessarily in the common or normal sense of smart, y'know?

There's a kid I know who said his psychiatrist told him that he had early signs on becoming a serial killer.
I've recently found this guy to be very interesting. He's a little... off though. But he's not bad.

I think serial killers are fascinating and sickening.

^ I think it'd be pretty cool to know a kid with early signs of becoming a serial killer. :weird:

I was reading about anti social personality disorder, and that most serial killers have it. You can't be diagnosed with it if you're under 18 though. I thought that was odd. :XD

^ Because personality is fluid and changes constantly - especially in childhood and adolescence.

Or at least that's what I was taught.

Serial killers are some of the most fascinating people I can think of. And although if any of my family found out about this, seeing as I am a Christian and was born and raised in a Christian family, I just can't get to the thought as serial killing be so.. just horrible.

I always thought that maybe they might of had some mental illness. I don't kill, but I'm often out for revenge and stuff. Serial avenger.. And its because of a mental illness, so I guess killers are just the same. I see them to be just.. wow.

So yeah. I see them pretty fascinating myself..

I am very facsinated with serial killers even though I don't know that much facts about them, I am just facsinated with the dark side to everything really.
I would LOVE to know as much about them as some of you do, so sometime when I have the time I should look up a few things in my library and read up on them because I also enjoy collecting information. Who would you each say is your favorite serial killer? or do you have one?

Because in order to get diagnosed with ASPD you have to have a history of conduct disorder and a few other things such as abusing or killing animals, insects, things like that, and having problems with authority as a child and adolescent.

    :don: Haha, but who doesn't?

I'm hopefully going to go into criminal psychology when I get out of uni, it's brilliant stuff. And I'm always glued to the crime channels. Jeffrey and Ted, my obsessions.

^ Jeffrey Dahmer is awesome. He's so interesting. :XD :tehe:

But what I meant by having trouble with authority is breaking the law and stuff like that.

Haha, no comment on that one :shifty

I know, he's the first serial killer I started researching, and, as you can see, I sort of took it and ran with it :XD There's just so much more to him, though.

I kind of find it fascinating, the way someone could do that. Take someone's life. I'm not admiring them but woah, it's crazy stuff.

I agree with this, I love trying to get into their minds. As creepy as that sounds it's a whole different world.
